Zanpakutou
• Zanpakutou Spirit | Kyuushi, or "Sudden Death" is a perverted spirit that basically haunts and tortures the mind and soul of Taku. Taku hates his Zanpakutou, and thinks of himself as cursed for having it. However, to fight, he must draw power from the one he hates, which causes him to rely on something he hates even more. Kyuushi is basically a figure hidden beneath a robe. He carries a scythe that ultimately represents death. Kyuushi is one that likes to converse with Taku, coercing him to do things that he doesn't want to do. Because of this, Taku really isn't somebody for doing much of anything, afraid that he will do the wrong thing and set of his Zanpakutou. He know that he needs to conquer it someday, but, until then, he is just a puppet.
• Inner World | Taku doesn't like to visit his inner world at all. It is basically what you see below. It is extremely hot, almost to he point of suffocation, and Kyuushi stands right in front of the gates, on a throne made from rotting bones. The long bridge is supspended over a never ending chamber of flames, and the gates are un-open-able and locked at all times. Taku can only imagine how horrifying it would be if the gates were to be opened.
• Sealed State | In it's sealed state, Kyuushi is nothing more than a tiny tanto, about 8 inches in total length. It is held in a wooden hilt, which hangs right under Taku's left arm so he has ready access to it. The blade itself is rather simple, being made of steel, having a egg-white hilt.

Further than just the skin //
Further than just the skin //
• Height | 4'7
• Weight | 77 lbs.
• Hair color & Style | Straight, bleached blond hair
• Eye color | Dark Green
• Overall Appearance | Takuma is very short compared to other people of his age. His build is pretty frail compared to most people, which is why he is very light. He is pale compared to alot of other people, which can be accredited to his Zanpakutou's constant haunting of Takuma's memory. His hair, which is long, goes down to about his chin, and it is bleached blonde. He has dark green eyes which are almost impossible to because they are so dark. The rest of his body would be proportionate, and average to the rest of the world.
He wears a tight black robe, which could also be mistaken for an assassin's robes, which hug him extremely tightly. The hood that he wears is also extremely tight, and it hugs his scalp like the robe does to the rest of his body. His body almost looks haunted, as if he is daily terrorized, which he is. His ghostly appearnce frightens those that barely know him, but those that do know him well are not afraid of him, for they are used to his look. He does not like to wear his hood up alot of the time. However, he only wears this while not in duty.
PERSONALITY //
Understand the invisible //
Understand the invisible //
• White | White is the color of purity, of sinless purity. He doesn't really care what it is, but he likes it just to spite his inner spirit. Kyuushi does not like that AT ALL.

• Dislikes |
• Flaws |
• Habits |
• Fears | Kyuushi, The Second Division, His Father, The Gotei 5
• Goals | He hopes, one day, to conquer his fear of Kyuushi. He also wants to split off of the Shinigami way and just go his own way. He wants to one day befriend an Arrancar. He also would like to date a female Arrancar once.
• Overall Personality
"No man for any considerable period can wear one face to himself and another to the multitude, without finally getting bewildered as to which may be the true." - Nathanial Hawthorne
Taku has two different personalities. One, that he wears to the general public, is a shy, quiet one. He doesn't talk to anyone and is generally is looked upon as an "emo". He could care less about the emotions or problems about the general public, as they he doesn't really care because they have nothing to do to him. He is a lonely person when he is against the public, and can be seen just being by himself.
When he is with his friends, he is a livewire. He is a totally different person, often incorperating deathly humor into the group. He is a perverted soul, truly, due to his constant fear of his Zanpakutou. He is very gregarious once he get's to know somebody, so he can be very friendly at times.

• Overall history | Takuma never knew his real family, where he was born, who he actually was. He, at the age of 1 week, was dropped off at the doorstep of an orphanage in Karakura Town. That was all he knew. He grew up in the orphanage, and was subjected to child labor and meager rations of food, which would best be known as a crap life. As soon as he was of age, he began school. He couldn't afford uniforms, so he had to use the old, dirty ones that the orphanage was required to give him. He was the laughing stock: he never had any friends. Even at the orphanage, nobody was allowed to talk to eachother, thus, friends could not be made. When he got to the age of seven, a miracle happened. A middle-aged man, lonely and tired, adopted him. His name was Hiroto Akio. When Hiroto asked Takuma his name, he could not produce an answer. He didn't know, and the orphanage just called him by what he looked like.
His father thus named him Takuma Itsuki, and the name stuck. His father was extremely nice, he was able to get a new uniform, able to make friends, and they went out for ice cream every Wednesday night after school. Takuma grew older, and entered middle school. He really had no best friends, so he had a life of basic loneliness except for the love that all his father gave him. Takuma, unfortunatly, was riding his bike in a storm. He was struck by lightning and died right then and there. The sudden strike of lightning is blamed for Kyushii's later appearance in Takuma's life as a soul, because a strike of lightining is the most sudden death one can get. Takuma trudged around the human world, invisible to the population. He had lots of time to soak it all in, the true way of things and the way life worked out. He later deemed the world unfair, and that fate was cruel. Days later, after his chain had begun to corrode, he was intercepted by a person who turned out to be someone named a "Soul Reaper", and escorted him to the Soul Society.
Takuma ended up in the Rukongai, where he lived a life of meager desperation. He deemed that it was almost exactly like the human world, except for the fact that you didn't have to eat, which Takuma counted as a bad thing. Takuma really didn't do anything at all. Since he didn't need to eat, he didn't need to buy food. Since he didn't need to buy food, he didn't have to have money. Since he didn't need to have money, he didn't need to work; Takuma was thus lazy and did nothing all day. Friends came and went like the sun and the moon. Takuma, trying to find something to do, learned about this fighting school from this one kid. Shinōreijutsuin, Takuma later learned it was called, molded souls to become Soul Reapers, those guys that had taken Taku to the Rukongai. Takuya decided to try out, and to his suprise, he was put into the third class. When they made him take the entrance examination, he didn't even do anything, and, yet, to his surprise, he was admitted. He later learned that he had done things subconsciousness to get into the academy.
Takuma was one of the worst of his class. He seemed to not care, and was often yelled at by his superiors, which made his work output even worse. However, in training battles, he was undefeated. He often stated that he didn't like the swords that they gave out, the Asauchi, but he excelled with them. He dumbfounded his teachers and instructors with his winning streak, and graduated one year early. He was immediatly offered a small position in Squad Five, which he took up. One year later, he were are today...
