Vacio attempted to duck, foreseeing the Shinigami's attempted maneuver, but unfortunately for him his momentum was working against him. The female would succeed in nicking him on the dome of his forehead; a grazing slice that would cause a thin wound to appear on the crest of Vacio's head. Not enough to cause him to bleed profusely, but enough to further antagonize the Hollow. But now he was starting think somewhat more ruefully. With his back still to the Shinigami, Vacio would continue to move forward at a steady pace. While he did so, he would gather spiritual energy to his right hand, which he kept shielded from any view behind him. Once the gathered energy formed a white sphere in his hand, the Hollow would suddently whirl around, and with a thought the sphere would "explode", shining brightly as if it was a supernova. Vacio would close his eyes while doing this, saving himself from the blinding affects, but any others looking in his direction when it went off would be suddently visually impaired. Name Flare Level: Low Description: The Hollow focuses reaitsu into his palm in the form and color of a white sphere. With a surge of reitsu this ball "explodes" sending a bright white light out in a radius of 20 meters. Anyone looking in the direction of the reitsu ball when it explodes is blinded for a turn.
Restrictions: To be affected you have to be looking in the direction of the ball. This ability can be dodged by turning away or closing your eyes before it explodes. Even the user of the technique can be blinded if he looks at it when it goes off.

As she looked on to see what the hollow would do next she was caught in his spell. She grunted quietly as she suppressed her desire to scream, staggering backwards. Her eyes stung from the unnatural light’s brightness taking its toll on her. She squinted her eyes open but was met only with darkness as her eyes were still in massive shock from the brightness. It hurt too much to keep them open to try and see for the time being. She closed her eyes fully.
Gritting her teeth she bit her lip. She focused on her other senses, particularly feeling out for his reiatsu. She couldn’t see, but she knew what he looked like, and therefore the type of physical attacks and movements he was capable of. She could dodge him until she could see perfectly fine until then based on that. She turned to face him as he had yet to move, holding her sword in front of her, pointed at him, informing her enemy though her eyes he may blind, she could still sense him easily.
“I see you, you son of a b***h” she whispered, her voice dripping loathing for the devious hollow.

Vacio wasted no time with the next phase of his assault. As soon as he had detonated the white orb in his hand, Vacio moved forward about a meter, just enough to put him in arm's length of a rock on the ground roughly six inches or so in size. It was somewhat difficult for the large Hollow to pick up, considering the size of his hands, but by utilizing only his thumb and index finger, he was able to grip it. All of this he performed in only a few seconds after the solar flare, and so with a tremendous flex of his muscles he launched the 6 inch rock at the girl with fatal force. Unfortunately due to it's small size he still couldn't grip it well enough to aim with precision, and so alas while it might still hit, there was a chance that it would only hit her barely on the left side of her waist.

The rock impacted hard, as it grazed her left hip. She winced in pain. For a hollow that was an unexpectedly intelligent move. She was only lucky it hadn’t been something bigger. She held onto her waist. The fabric was torn, but there was no dampness. At the most it might have fractured something but she doubted it. Likely just a bruise. She returned her hand to her sword and made another attempt at opening her still searing eyes.
As she slowly opened them, she was greeted with light, it seems her eyes had only just recoved from it. Everything was still pretty dim, but she could see alteast now, even if everything was a little blurry. She faced the hollow. This time she would watch all his movements with much more care. Clearly this was one she needed to keep both her eyes on. He was fast, and smarter than he looked.

Vacio' noticed the clutching at her waist and hoped that it had caused enough damage to slow her down. Vacio eyed the woman, then quickly averted his gaze to the dragon corpse behind her and then back to the girl. His mind kept telling him to notice something but his rage and hunger prevented any sort of truly rational thought. However still, the weapon she was using bothered him. He didn't like it; and wanted it to go away so he could hurry up and eat her and her friends. Almost as if is instinctively he sensed a way to do that, but one step at a time...
For now Vacio' would suffice to run at her again, attempting to run her over, but this time he was mindful of his movements and would be ready for any sort of trickseyness she had in evading him. Hopefully.

“ Good” Akimoto thought to herself. She twisted the sword and held it behind her and she turned to face him sideward’s. In response to his next charge she followed in suit, charging right back at him. As they came closer and closer she narrowed her eyes and kept her nerve. This would work. Quickly she began murmuring quickly through an incantation, as she did so she threw he sword high and forwards “My will to succeed be the rope that sustains you; let my breath of light be the light to guide you. Bakudo no Yon: Hainawa!” Just as they came within 3 meters of each other she pulled her legs up against he body so that she nearly fell on her bottom, as her feet hit the floor again she gave an enourmous push sending her shooting into the air.At the same time she fired the rope from her hands aimed at the hollow. If it had hit, this was the end for him As she soared above the hollow she came face to face with her sword, she snatched it and began to twirl her way back down to earth ready to strike the hopefully restricted hollow

The spiritual bindings wrapped themselves around the large Hollow tightening his arms to his body. Losing his balance, the Hollow fell forward, his massive bulk plus the momentum causing him to continue to slide forward on his belly. The female Shinigami would land behind him as did this due to the fact that she was still in the air as he moved past her. As he slid his body kicked up a large volume of dust, somewhat obscuring the vision of the Hollow and possibly the woman. Thinking quickly, Vacio' used his legs which were still movable to push his body forward, sliding along the ground on his stomach. As he did this he would once again begin to focus white reaitsu to his fingers; because it didn't require actually moving his hands, he was able to still utilize the ability...

Akimoto landed, striking nothing. She watched as the hollow had tumbled forward and continued to push itself via it’s feet forward. She almost pitied it resorting to that. Still, she had more than had enough of this by now. She stabbed her sword in the ground and aimed her next kido where she could just about see him. She wouldn’t let up her assault now, as far as she was concerned, he was bound and handicapped right now. And she wouldn’t give him the chance to change that. “Winds of change, rush and rise! Ten priests present the signs of their dominion! Blue shivers run down the red back of the beast, shuffle the great mists and disturb the slumber of the soul! Break free the spirit! Hado no Yonjuu: Daisho!” She called out, firing it towards the hollow.

The kido hit Vacio' square in the back, and though it did not kill him, it succeeded in knocking all of the wind out of him. As he gasped to fill the vacuum in his lungs he he felt a sharp pain in his chest and back, it seemed that he'd broken some bones as well. He laid there on the ground, unable to move, and in an almost ironic fashion as he waited for his second and most likely permanent death to occur, it was as if his humanity came flooding back to him. He could think with what felt like a humane rationality.
Can't believe I'm dying again... some kind of Hollow I am, heh.
Hopefully it goes right this time...

Akimoto paused as the creature came to a halt. It stopped moving now and just lay there. She could feel it wasn’t dead. This was always the worst part of the job. When you’d defeated one utterly, and yet had to give it the final blow. Hollows were monsters to Akimoto’s mind, of that there was no doubt. But even so, to kill a defenceless life took a monster to do. But all the same it had to be done.
Slowly, she approached the hollow. She looked at it properly for the first time. Any creature in this state always looked so pitiful. She closed her eyes, and sealed her heart. Gathering all available willpower and resolve she flicked her sword around and raised it in a stabbing position above the hollows head.
“Forgive me” she uttered before bringing the blade down.
Silence.
Another twisted soul had been purified, it would find it’s way. But that’s not what you think about after performing an action like that. She sheathed her sword, looking at the fading hollow as it disappeared.
“Be at peace” she said, trying to say something profound enough to ease her heart. But the truth was in her 300 years no such words had ever been spoken. She did the only thing she could do now, and walked away. Leaving behind the corpse of the Dragon hollow.

Vazio' closed his eyes as the sword came down. There was a flash of pain, then darkness. Then he opened his eyes, slowly, and then he winced. He had a mind splitting headache and it made him hesitant to move anything attached to his head... He opened his eyes again, this time gingerly, and as his vision come flooding back to him he expected to see the the usual dull colored sky he was used to seeing. But instead as he opened his eyes he was introduced to... sunlight. Bright, happy sunlight, with trees, and a playground. "...Wh..what... ?" It was definitely a play ground, complete with swings and slides and one of those spinning platforms with bars on them.. definitely a playground. A painful and slow glance upwards would reveal a bright orange sun, setting in the distance. It was a setting he'd seen a thousand times before, except for the complete absence of children in the playground... Vacio' looked down and it was only then that he realized he was laying down on his back, a quick feel of the fingers would reveal that he was laying on a type of bench, obviously a park bench. It didn't feel exactly like a a park bench, though. It was softer. And although his head was throbbing he could still feel a soothing sensation on the top of his hair, like running a comb through your hair. He tried to stand up to his feet but stopped trying quickly when a hand pushed down onto his chest. Fighting through the pain, Vacio' forced his neck to creak his head to left so that he was staring straight up at the sky, and upon doing so, he saw her. "Oh... -my god..' She looked down at him although his vision was still clearing up, he could clearly see the smile on her face that he'd come to know so well. Alejandra... He tried to say her name out loud, but she silenced him with a finger to her lips. He took in his surroundings a bit more, and realized that they were both sitting on a bench, with his head on her lap. The sensation on the back of his head was her running her hand through his hair. The feeling brought back memories. "Alejandra..." "Shhh." "What is this?" She said nothing. Pushing his muscles, Vacio tried to sit up, but she pushed him down again. "No trate de levantarse." Don't try to rise. The sound of her voice, something he hadn't heard in what felt like a life time, a million life times. It was more than he could bare, and despite his best efforts, he began to cry. It wasn't a full out sob, or blubber, but the tears streamed out with a strong purposefulness, and his voice cracked. "Lo siento." "Shhh." "Lo siento- Lo siento. Lo siento para todo!" "Shhh." "Alejandra, te amo tanto." "Shhh. Yo sé." She looked up at the position of the sun; it was almost completely set, now only a third of it still visible beyond the swing set and the rest of the playground. "No hable, disfruta justo del momento. No durará para siempre." Vacio didn't understand any of it, why any of what was happening, was happening. But all the same, he nodded, and spoke no more. In the end he got the only thing he ever wanted, and that was enough for him. The two of them sat silently and watched as the sun slowly disappeared below the horizon. [Deceased]
