Fear is what controlled these creatures to flee and it is fear that shall be their downfall. If an enemy stands before you, fleeing in the opposite direction is probably the last thing one wishes to do. Logically thinking, going in the opposite direction will allow you to cover more ground, creating more distance between yourself and the assailant. This is not what I believe to be true. If your attacker is standing before you, running in any direction but backwards is the best option. Most would wonder why I think this to be true but the answer is simple. If you were to move in the opposite direction, your back is turned to the adversary, giving them two advantages over you. You are unable to see your assailant and because the assailant is behind you, your fear is only heightened. Though it is easier to run and hide from your fears, this method only increases the amount of fear you possess.

Just as my prey chose to flee the scene, I would not allow such actions to occur. A single Sonido [2/20] is all I would need to place me 10 meters behind the group of men, creating a pincer attack. In front they would have to deal with Rosa while behind them stood me. The retreating male having no chance to escape as I stood in his path of retreat. What would these small humans do now?

Kostya was not a man of heroics-he was not a man of extreme virtue. He did not posses a foolish pride which caused him to get up after every single blow. He didn't even care what happened to these humans, and that brought upon his questioning of himself: Why am I doing this? I am surely going to get killed!

This time around there were three hollows, another one had decided to join them. One of them had jumped behind him, as to set up a pincer attack. The other two were a problem-yet, as with all problems, there are solutions. One of the first and foremost: fight and die. Kostya didn't really feel like dying today, so he went on to the second choice. Suicide. That still yielded the same result: death. The third choice, run.

Now, Kostya is a proud person, but when it comes to life-or-death, he doesn't think anyone would make fun of him for running away from a three on one fight. And it's not like the kids made a difference: they don't even know what a hollow is...

So...run. Using all six of his Shunpo, he tried to exit the battle. There were hollows infront of him, and behind him, but not two the sides. He shot off towards the side-using all of his shunpo. Hopefully the hollows would just give him up and not chase him around.

Despite his warnings, Rosa’s advance would see no deterrence, the eradication of that which had tormented the most becoming her top priority. Before her eyes, now around twenty meters away, the single shinigami preparing a thunderous spell. And while grand, Rosa would not be deterred. From her Spiritual Anti-Persinal Agent came two responses, the balls colliding with the mass of birds so that the explosion swept them all in and caused a premature detonation; the rest remained on guard, tightly around her back and sides. Shortly after, the shinigami would speed away, as would the others; were they…running!?

Enthralled in glee over the sudden improvement of her vocabulary, she would clap her hands momentarily and smile under her mask before returning to her task at hand; that which was taking life. But as much avarice as she had begun to feel, her enemies would only continue to flee. They were like mice, afraid, weak, and unaware; how pathetic. She spat on the ground next to her, and in a fit of rage, fired off several rounds from each of her palms, destroying the area around and leaving many people scared for their lives. For the moment, it was joy.

Description: Coined by the Queen herself, it is the 'Ultimate Defense!'™ By condensing the ammunition from ‘Shot’, Rosa creates a series of suspended glowing orbs, surrounding her body from inches to no more than ten meters all around. Since they are compressed spiritual energy, they are set to detonate in the direction of whatever physical interruption comes their way. Essentially, friend or foe will meet strong damage if they were to come in contact with any of the orbs surrounding her body. Because they are made of her own reiatsu, her body acts as a magnet of the same current, repelling the balls so that it doesn’t hurt her, but still managing to keep them hovering around her even during movement. Finally, Rosa can choose to release at any time an orb from the formation in the form of a normal ‘Shot’, propelled forward as her open palm determined the attack's final location. I cannot believe what I am witnessing at this moment. This group of humans and Shinigami did not even take the chance to retaliate or fight back. Their only course of action is to flee like the cowards that they are. If I so wished, I could annihilate all of them within a matter of moments but I could not bring myself to chase them. I would not stoop down to the level of chasing down scared little mice; I am stronger than that. Venting some of my anger, I directed a single finger in the direction of an abandoned street. Just as Rosa had done, I too would cause some destruction and mayhem to relieve some of my pent up anger.

Particles of Reiatsu siphoned from my body flowed to the tip of my fingers, concentrating into a ball of red energy. Reaching the peak of my Reiatsu control, I unleashed a large beam of energy upon my intended targets. My Cero ripping through the town streets, destroying anything within its path whether it be human, machine or anything in between. As the streets burned with the destruction of multiple human vehicles, I could not help but let loose an echoing laugh unlike anything I ever heard. This laughing continued for moments as I basked in the flames of destruction. I became hooked on this lust, this ecstasy that came with any type of chaos.

Though I originally avoided any opportunity to cause harm upon humans, a strange feeling had consumed me. The pure ecstasy of burnt flesh and the screams of humans drove my madness to levels I never knew I possessed. Just what is happening to me? Though I knew I should not be enjoying this senseless killing, I could not restrain this insanity. Slowly, I am becoming an agent of chaos — the cause of despair and sorrow. A creator of mayhem and death.

Oh, the destruction! At some point or another, from the palm of Rosa’s hand came a rather lively piece of ammunition, glowing brightly with power as it pulsated rapidly in the direction of a dull blue house. Upon impact, the side of the house crumbled under some immense force, sending most of that side caving in, as well as several pieces of the inside destroyed due to a subsequent implosion. It was a rather nasty attack, but the house’s inhabitants had been spared the details, their deaths quickly assured as the initial blast entered their bedroom window. However, it appeared her rage was not complete.

With fervor she stormed into their house, taking the pieces of furniture unclaimed by the initial blast and ripping it apart with her claws. After that, she decided to go into their kitchen, ripping out the handle of the refrigerator with her claws so that she could smash things around her. And boy did she smashie-smashie! The decimation was incredible, and although it by no means compared to the damage nii-sama created with his super cero, the hatred behind it was just as unique and pure. And just as she stepped outside, she’d get a chance to put her passion to the test – several squads of police cars and firemen loomed in the horizon, their emergency systems flashing and blaring seemingly for miles around. They must have seen the floating door, for their advance was suddenly halted by squealing tires and side-sliding cars.

She didn’t wait for them to stop; four shots, dispersed tightly into he group once she threw the door violently their way, all at once.

I continued my maniacal laugh until the sounds of human vehicles and the subsequent explosion of Rosa's shots brought me back to reality. Looking over to my sister, I noticed that she too enjoyed this temporary moment of chaos. The insanity of it all drove both of us wild, making us far more dangerous than the average Hollow. Though we possessed a hint of conscience, when that conscience is overcome, we are far more deadly than any Hollow can attempt to be. Despite all the death and destruction I have already caused, it is not enough to satisfy this need within me. Chaos calling to me, I could not stop this trek of mayhem for it is what temporarily drove me. These moments of insanity usually kept in check by frequent battles with other Hollow but not this day. This day, racking up the death count is all that mattered.

Raising another of my fingers, I pointed it toward another part of Karakura town; away from the direction Rosa resided in. Just as before, Reiatsu is channeled to my finger but there being a difference this time around. There exist not a single mass of energy but two balls of glowing red Reiatsu. One would think I would fire both Cero in different directions to maximize the damage but not this time. I wished to test something I had never done before, combine the power of two separate Cero into a single massive blast. Both masses of energy dancing around each other, their forms drew closer together as streams of energy flowed between both creations. Within moments, both Cero's have fused into a larger, more powerful Cero unlike anything I had ever seen before. Releasing my the energy, a blast possessing four times the amount of power as my Cero is unleashes upon the town. Its power not only greater but its form is much wider; annihilating a good portion of the town.

Dos Ceros (Two Zeros)
Level: Extreme.
Description: The user gathers twin balls of reiatsu to two nearby focal points, such as horns or fingertips. The user takes a few moments to condense the spiritual energy into highly compacted balls, and then releases them of two beams of highly concentrated spiritual energy. The user can release them as two double-strength individual ceros, or alternatively, as a single, quadruple-strength cero with a much wider angle of release. This technique consumes two Ceros.
Restrictions: Must be an Adjuchas Class Hollow. Must know Cero up to Very High.

The power behind Dos Ceros was astonishing, and as Rosa dispatched the squad of police cars with her obstacle and her subsequent explosions, it was nothing compared to the destruction that forced her body to move slightly a few meters away. Wow!!!

[/i] As she lie on the ground, she’d recover, her S.A.P.A. remaining at their assigned defensive positions behind her whilst she recovered. Her head rang a bit, but as the trembling vision tamed its ailments, she would soon begin to salivate over the destruction it wrought. Not one but two ceros, fired all at once, in order to magnify the damage two-fold – ingenious![/i]

She was still trembling, but for the moment, it seemed no one remained alive to bother. As such, she would comfortably move to her brother’s side, jumping around in joy at the sight of the blast. It was unlike any she had seen before, to the point her bloodlust would disappear under the reigns of a giddy child eager to learn something new. Her voice changed once more, and her behavior was no longer that belonging to stone cold killer. However this was not to say she wasn’t aware. At the slight intrusion of her bonding time, she would retaliate.

With as much force as necessary.

After unleashing destruction upon the town of Karakura with the use of my Dos Cero, I looked to my finger in shock. I had no expected that to actually work and was convinced the technique would explode in the palm of my hand. Looking to the burning streets, it shocked me to see the amount of destruction I caused with just a single blast. Not only did I successfully combine two Cero, I was able to execute the technique without much trouble. Never before did I have such control of my Reiatsu yet suddenly, I could do this amazing feat. Just what is going on with me? I do not understand.

Looking down at Rosa who now danced around me in her usual child-like manner, I could not help but laugh. I could not understand how she could change between personalities so fast. One second she is mercilessly slaughtering humans and the next she is dancing around me like a small human child. Her unusual personality intrigued me and made me glad I invited her into my pseudo-family.

"Teach you? I didn't even know I could do that until now."

With so much destruction, I realized that this commotion would likely draw in mass of Shinigami. I wondered if it is really alright for us to just stay here or if fleeing would be a better choice.

Several fragments of the explosion reached her still self and embedded into her alien skin, but in the face of such power, Rosa would lose all touch she held with her pain receptors. She was lost in a trance, wishing to be as drunk on power as her big-brother just displayed; could she…reach…? It was a goal worth striving, for the female’s current life was devoid of any enjoyment or pleasure. For once she’d finally found comfort, no longer living just to run away from black garbed, sword toting males cursing her life down. Now, with a bit more time and nii-sama’s guidance, she would become a ray of destruction once more. She would no longer run from the Shinigami. Now, it was time to make them run.

The look on Animus’ face would reveal his thoughts came before my concerns, but she’d speak regardless, her mood turning serious once more. She could sense no one in the near vicinity, but with all the destruction we’ve wreaked already, it was only a matter of time before Seireitei would dispatch their hounds in order to hunt them down. They were strong, but they weren’t reckless; for now, it was time to retreat. Unless Animus objected, she would follow him out to our necessary exit, which would eventually lead to the edge of a Garganta.

It was time to go home.
