I know my character is not created yet, but I intend to create a Quincy in the very near future.
Name Schlitz Schlagen (Crack the Whip)
Level: Low/Medium/High
Description: After practicing for some time with his whip Naka has learned to move past simply forming reiyoku into the shape of his weapon. This skill draws reiyoku into the whip as it flows, focusing it towards the tip of the weapon. As it builds there Naka condenses it, forcing more and more reiyoku into the same small space. When the whip is cracked the gathered spirit particles are released explosively, forced out in a dangerous blast. This blast is small, but highly condensed due to the large volume of reiyoku gathered. The blast only extends in a foot radius from the tip of the whip, but is quite powerful. Generally this blast results from a single fluid strike with the whip, but with preparation its strength can be increased dramatically. With half a turn of preparation (3 sec) the power level increases to medium, and with a full turn of preparation (6 sec) it can become even more powerful, increasing to a high level blast. This is possible because of the greatly increased amount of reiyoku absorbed during longer periods of preparation.
Restrictions: Any Quincy with a whip-type weapon can learn
