Description: The Quincy creates a coating of spiritual energy around either his/her forearm(s) and hand(s) or shin(s) and feet. This energy can be used as sort of armor to protect him/her from a physical attack (it has the strength of steel, though it doesn't weigh him/her down at all) or from a reiatsu based attack (anything his/her rank or higher will break through, though if the attack is his/her rank it is still significantly diminished, and anything one rank above is slightly diminished). It can also be used to strengthen attacks using these appendages.
