A slight decay begins to appear on Toshiie's right arm when he draws the blade, causing his hand to blacken, while sickly green spikes grow from the knuckles; very short. The blade itself appears unchanged, until the weapon is used, and the opponent struck. Muscles, or anything that would pass for such, are affected by a sickening decay; although it is only temporary. Those struck will be slowed by 1/10 and weakened by 1/10 for a post AFTER their following post. This effect is stackable, but the blade must make contact physically.
Limit: Toshiie only.
