Description: The senrei glove is a most dangerous tool used by the quincy and to many quincy the removal of it is the end of their time but that is not true. Their are a few people within the neo quincy that have the knowledge to reverse the process of loosing your quincy powers but it is incredibly risky. It is virtually impossible to perform unless you are incredibly powerful, have never used the Senrei glove and are a master at controlling your Reibuki
To restore a person's ability to use their Reibuki and Reiryoku is an incredibly difficult thing to do. It requires an almost perfect understanding of a person's spirit and almost complete control of ones Reibuki. Then the quincy with their lost powers must be exhausted in both mind and body, They must be so exhausted until nothing can be done. Then the Quincy master must shoot them in a precise location. Shooting them even even one millimeter out will cause instant death. The quincy who has lost their powers is shot 19 Millimeters away from the heart where a spirit arrow will instantly fill their system with new Reiryoku in theory replenishing it.
This is not entirely true, however, because there are many factors that cause problems. The quincies age, the quincies level of skill, how much power they had stored in the Senrei Gloves all of these cause a problem. Unfortunately because of the nature of this ability and the master themselves their is a huge risk associated. There is a 60% Chance that the master will cause a person's system to essentially explode causing the victim to explode as well. The chance of combustion decreases by 10% for each level above 15 that the user of this technique has. Until they reach level 20, Then if they use their ability on someone who is below level 15 then regardless they will explode because of the sheer force of power.
Restrictions: Must be a level 15 Quincy at the least, Cannot have the Senrei Glove Removed, Must find information about this from another PC or an NPC Quincy RP'd by staff, You need to be a Bukido Master
