Level 1
Dream gathers energy to her high speed legs and allows it to make them run at super speed for a short amount of time. The speed burst allows Dream to travel at a speeds comparable to half the speed of shunpo except the user can continually travel at this speed for 3 rounds plus one round per 3 ranks the user possess. After using the ability Dream must spend half the time (rounded up) she was running at this speed resting. If she cannot rest she will not be able to use the ability again until she does.
Level 2
At level 2 Dream has used the ability enough that her body is becoming used to it and indeed she can go even faster for short bursts. Dream gains +2 rounds while using the ability (total of 5 rounds +1 for every 3 ranks) and while she is using the ability and uses a Sprint she will enter a high speed burst that allows her to make a speed movement that is like Shunpo except it is twice as fast and she can go twice the distance.
Level 3
At level 3 Dream has more control over her high speed to the point where she can turn on a dime and go in the opposite direction if she wanted. This control of speed allows Dream to run at high speeds from one point to the other making it appear as if there are more then one of her and indeed she can make it appear if there are three of her. This is done by using multiple Blitzens in a single round to go back and forth from one point to another. It requires 3 Blitzens per round to do this and effectively Dream can attack from all three at such speeds that it can seem like she has cloned herself! The three high speed clones can only be at most 20 meters apart. If one Blitzen clone is hit then Dream takes one third the damage and the effect ends with Dream ending her high speed burst at a location of one of the clones that was not hit. If all three were hit then Dream takes full damage.
