Name: She goes by "Sin", but her name is Hadashiro, Tetsuka.
Age: 59 by age of death, 124 by age of existence, 23 in age of appearance.

She is tall for a woman, and her weight is solely that of muscle. She can hardly ever been seen without her armor on even if she is wearing her Shinigami Kimono. She has black hair, typical of a Japanese woman, and straight black eyes. Above her left eye is a red stripe that goes from her eye, to her hairline. When attending official meetings or gatherings of any sort she wears her hair up in a bun above her head, and wears Geisha make-up, she also carries a fan with her at all times. She is extremely beautiful, and her body is shapely, but due to muscles also slightly more curved.
History:
Tetsuka was born in 1886 in a small rural district in the outskirts of Hiroshima. Some believed her cursed as she was born making not a sound. Some thought her dead who were present. She began crying an hour later however, and brought smiles to her parents faces. They named her Saya, for 'sheath'. The Nabimoto family lived in peace for five years after her birth, and were able to experience her learning speech, and how to walk. It was a good life, just them and their ramen shop to keep their lives humble.
Soon after her fifth birthday in 1891 both of her parents were killed in a dispute with the public police and a few gangsters who stole from them. Her parents wanted back what was theirs, but the incident resulted in their deaths at the hands of the thugs, but the thugs went down as well when police turned arms on them after they continued to retaliate. The shop was sold, and captured by a slave trader shortly after the incident, so was Saya. She was sold to a woman of high standing in a urban red lights district, but she was well taken care of until she was eight. Then her training began.
A beautiful and exotic woman by the name of Hanshiro, Kotone became her Onee-san, as she entered her training as a Maiko, as a minarai in 1894. Her training as a minarai went on for a few years before she was accepted as a Maiko. The years before she was accepted she took many a lashing from her Onee-san, and eventually the Oba-san on the home caught on, and Hanshiro took the lashings in place, and began losing business. Saya's training continue, and she began to gain reputation in her district.
In 1905 at the age of 19 she became a full-fledged Geisha earlier than many. Her innocence was sold at the highest anyone had ever seen in that area of Japan, and she continued to gain heavy business. She grew and grew, until finally she paid off her debts, and started her own Geisha enterprise. At the age of 45 in 1931, she had herself built a grand home where her and her Geishas would live and blossom on the outskirts of the richest district in Hiroshima. Her years went on peacefully, she even managed marriage with a Chinese man by the name of Hao-Jin in 1940 going against her code. They lived happily for the five years they were together before Hiroshima was bombed in 1945. She was too frail to continue on despite them being lightly hit by the explosion, the radiation took over her, and she died laying in her husbands arms.
She was given a ceremony on behalf of her Geisha's who were loved by her, and felt her love in 1946.
She awoke in the 175th district in Rukongai a few years after her death. She had forgotten all of her previous life but the name of her Onee-san who brought her much sorrow. Her body was in the form of her at her peak years in beauty. She also felt stronger, and lighter. She walked out and saw the world she lived in, raggedy, but for some reason she felt at home.
Thirty years after she arrived in Rukongai she began having dreams of a beautiful calico colored dragon welcoming her into his warm embrace. Before she knew it she held Kakusa re ta Densetsu at her side, and began training in the Shinigami Academy. She was happy with her life there, but it was doomed to end as she entered into the twelve divisions. She entered the 6th division with glowing recommendations as the academy saw her ability to focus on more than one subject well, and her feel for justice was almost unmatched. Her new life truly began there.

Inner World: Where she would be if she entered her Inner World, she would be standing on a round golden grass surface swaying in a non-existent breeze and stretching about two-hundred yards in circumference, and when she would look over the edge it seems to be a pillar stretching to unknown heights, as the ground cannot be seen. On the other side of the platform would be a long dragon, sleeping silently, his scales colored like a calico cat, and white fur waving from behind his nostrils. When his eyes open they are a dark glowing red, and he has two horns that sit on top of his head pointing backwards. The scenery in the sky around the pillar would be a white sky, and then at about the pillars top height a painted scene of a Japanese mountain range and sky with the moon sitting un-moving at the base of a mountains peak, ready to set and casting a reddish glow on the area. Below the painted scene would fade to blackness, into the emptiness towards the bottom of the pillar.

Description: The most basic of Binding Kidô, the user gathers energy while chanting the incantation. The energy swirls around the opponent, and then when the user calls out the name of the spell and extends their hand towards the target, the energy will descend and wrap around the opponent. The most common target for this spell is the opponent's arms, but the legs may also be targeted. Bound by an invisible energy, the opponent will find it difficult to move the afflicted areas, as if it were constrained by a rope. Sufficient physical force will cause the binding to shatter prematurely.

The gusts last for three posts before the wings disappear.
