Reizo is a tall, and fairly lean young man. Despite his lean from his body is strong and muscular, although not much compared to most of the 11th division. His skin his fairly light in its color, only being a few shades darker than the bright pale skin of his inner hollow. The feature that probably stands out most is his long, ivory hair. His bangs hang down and passed his face, with his hair only increasing in length the further back you get. At the very back his hair is so long that he keeps it neatly tied in a pontail, but even then it still reaches his lower back. Eyes are of an cerulean color and are almost as attention-grabbing as his hair due to their bright, wonderful hue. Clothing-wise he will usually wear the regular Shinigami uniform that is the black kimono. He finds the shinigami clothing comfortable, and it helps him not to draw any unneeded attention to himself. When he's not working or feeling casual, his clothing will vary. He'll mostly wear loose clothing, often made from such soft materials as silk; Rei isn't one for restricting clothing.
History:
When he was a human Reizo lived an odd life. He grew up in the city as an only child, he lived in a small home along with his mother and father, and ever since a young age Reizo had always had a problem with schooling. He would always skip, or just simply not attend whatsoever, it was since an early age this had gradually progressed. To make a long story short his constant absence continued all the way throughout high school, where soon enough he would eventually drop from school altogether, he wanted to be free to do as he pleased, and always being somewhat of an airhead and a 'wing it' kind of guy he thought it'd be best to get away from his city.
With the few possessions he owned he packed his gear and took off, with an erect thumb and an outstretched arm it was his idea that he could hitchhike ti wherever he needed to go, to live a life of adventure was his dream, where would he end up first? To be honest, he'd been picked up and dropped off so many times he'd lost count, it came to a point where he'd traveled across the entire country living out of homeless shelters across the nation, thank god for somebody taking him in. Eventually however it was amidst his stays in such shelters that the ones providing the shelter often would encourage them to get jobs, and finally taking up an offer Rei was placed into a work program.
His first job was rather dull, and rather low pay. You know those cage matches where guys go in and beat the hell out of eachother? Well, Rei was the guy that cleaned up the blood and sweat after the matches, what fun huh? Despite the lousy pay and the crappy work he at least got to see the fights for free, and figuring this was his best shot at the moment he went ahead and continued to do his job, he probably held the job for about a month, seeing as it was this job that would be the death of him. You see, this was a shady business, lots of back-room gambling, deals, and when fights didn't go as planned some of the fighters were prone to 'injuring themselves', it was safe to say that this entire show was run by criminals, and it was the combination of this and being at the wrong place and the wrong time that really got him screwed over.
You see, with mop and bucket Reizo was to always enter the back door, or the staff door, little did he know one of the fighters for tonights match was being 'spoken' to by a group of the grunts of the organization. Low-thuds and muffled screams is what the boy would turn the corner to, and immediately eyes were opened wide, with the wooden shaft of the mop he'd quickly yell for them to cut it out, well, it turns out tough guys don't like you getting involved in their business. Soon Reizo was rushed by about 6 guys, he swung fiercely with his wooden mop whacking as many as he could, eventually it would break and he'd have to resort to throwing punches, he didn't get very far though. Over-come by the sheer numbers Rei cursed and squirmed as they all began to grab and beat him down, it was amidst this struggle a sharp pain was felt along his side. A blade had entered his body just once in a quick push of an arm, and with that the cold steel had punctured his liver.
Was just moments after he was stabbed they'd take off, the one that was being beaten earlier soon made his way over to the body of Rei that was quickly bleeding out, his attempts to apply pressure to the wound and call for help however would go out in vain. Just minutes later the large wound from the blade had drained him of enough blood to kill him, and going out rather slowly Reizo had left this world. His body would have been burnt by his parents once they actually figured out who the dead janitor was, his ashes were spread into the ocean and that was that. However, little did he know that his soul was taken to a much more unique place, however holding no memory of his past life he wouldn't have been able to realize such a thing.
Eventually the lost soul would soon find that he possessed reiatsu and was actually able to manipulate it, it was with this skill that he was brought amongst the ranks of the shinigami students, perhaps he could make something of himself? Like most students Rei was enrolled in the academy for 10 years, in that decade he was determined to become something powerful, and it was in these years that he would excel past most of the other young shinigami. Rei seemed to have a natural talent when it came to kido arts, and his athleticism was amongst the highest. Although he was particularly amateur with weapons at this point, his agility put him on par with with a great deal of the second division - which he took as a compliment to his skill. Eventually the boy would be accepted and recruited to the 7th division, where this would take him was yet to be seen.

Zanpakutou
Name Ryuujin (Dragon King)

One would note that the blade of Reizo is not your regular katana, instead his zanpakuto takes the sealed form of a Chinese blade. The razor sharp blade silver in colour stretches forth from the hilt reaching out 3 feet in length. It's trimmed in gold around the handle, and the guard itself is even gold in colour, however a black wrap is kept around the handle in order to be held comfortably as well as to just make it look better.The zanpakuto is carried in the sash of the shinigami on his left side, the sheathe is grey in colour as it as well is trimmed in the gold in order to match. This sword is much more unique and elegant looking than the basic zanpakutou, and thus it is easy to recognize the blade and its wielder.

Upon release of Shikai, the blade takes a drastic change in appearance. Aside from the completely different shape and features, the material from which the blade is composed has changed. No longer forged from steel, Rei's zanpakutou is now completely made from bone. This is far from your average bone, and it's just as strong as steel, if not stronger. His sword is made from Dragon bone, which is both incredibly light, flexible and strong; a truely magnificent material. Wtih this transformation, the blade has grown an extra foot in length, now making the blade alone 4 feet long. Half of the sword is relatively normal, but where one would normally have a cutting edge on their blade, Rei has something unique - and quite brutal. In the middle section of the blade, the cutting edge of most swords remains, however it is at the top and bottom where it's out of the norm. The blade is serrated at both top and bottom, making it look like some horrific saw; it's safe to say getting hit with this thing would cause some serious damage. At the very tip, a long piece of the blade juts back towards the hilt at a diagonal angle; effectively creating a gruesome hook.

The spirit of Reizo's blade takes on the manifestation of a massive dragon. The beast is mighty and gargantuan as it is several stories large. The scales of this beast are almost metallic, and they are far stronger than any skin a hollow could ever hope to posses. The scales and wings of the beast are red in colour, save for the inside of the beasts body, such as the chest, inner-arms, and inner side of the wings, which are a light brown colour. This mighty beast has in intimidating presence as it breathes its breath of fire, not to mention the razor sharp horns and blades that cover its body so.
Personality-wise the dragon is aggressive as he's quick to flare up and rise to anger. Reckless as well the dragon is not one to think things through as he's quick to action before thought. Despite being hot-headed the deep-voiced and commanding spirit is also quite wise and knowledgeable, and he can see the similar attributes in Rei himself, which is one of the reasons they are able to get along. The dragon is a very loyal and respectful being, but should you get on his bad side he won't hesitate to incite the wrath of his flame upon you.

The inner-world is a unique one for sure. In this world the sky is always ablaze, red, orange, and yellow in colour the heavens seem to blaze and spark with intense power and heat. Everything has a dark orange hue to it as the clouds above alter the way things look down below. Silence engulfs the land as you can not hear even the wind, everything is tranquil and at peace as the vast flat-lands stretch on as far as the eye can see in every direction. The grass is tall amongst the fields, and despite the heat and flames above the vegetation is lush and healthy.
A large forest is located to the south, the trees are forever burning brightly as the never-ending forest fire gives off light to the surrounding lands. The east and west are but empty fields that stretch unto the horizon, however to the north stands a lone volcano, absolutely massive in size this volcano is the lair of the great dragon. Amidst the magma is where the dragon sleeps and lays dormant, the heat does not the dragon in the slightest as the is used to the intense heat.It's in this gargantuan volcano you can find the dragon, or on occasion you can see the massive beast burst from the summit as he spreads his wings and takes flight across the burning skies of his domain.

Abilities:
- Kihaku Okibi (Blazing Soul Fire)
With this skill, Rei is able to create flame on demand with movements of his blade, and it's able to be utilized in a variety of different shapes and forms; a cone of fire, a crescent that shoots forward, etc. What this ability does is create a very unique type of flame; not one that physically harms and burns objects, but burns all forms of spiritual energy instead. For example, if the opponent were to be engulfed in this flame, they would not find themselves in pain or be burning to death, they would instead find that their energy was being burnt off, and they would become more and more fatigued due to constant energy loss. There is a hidden factor at play however, because a small amount of the energy burnt off via the flame is transferred to Reizo himself; simultaneously weakening the enemy whilst aiding himself. Seeing as the flame is constantly fueled by the spiritual energy of whatever it "burns", it is unable to be extinguished, the only way for the flame to die it for it to burn itself out, which takes at least 3 posts once it attaches and begins to 'burn' something. The flame also has the added bonus of having substance, since it's created from spiritual energy. This means that the flame produces a moderate drag when objects attempt to pass through. The drag increases depending on the amount of flame concentrated in the area.
Once the flame has been created and has been unleashed, he is able to guide and manipulate its direction with movements of the hand that's not holding the blade, or the blade itself. Reizo is able to make five cubic meters of flame total at first (meaning he can never have more than this at any time), and he is then able to guide that flame within a 30 meter radius with the movements of his off-hand/sword. Reizo is only able to control and manipulate one stream of flame at a time, its size is dependent on however large his last flame attack was. For every rank he gains, Reizo is able to create an additional 3 cubic meters of flame, and the area he can control the flame to increases by 5 meters. Every two ranks gained enables Rei to control an additional stream of fire. - Doragon Hakachi (Dragon Graveyard)
At this stage in his shikai, Reizo's bond with Ryuujin has increased, and he is now able to exert the Dragon King's command over his fallen soldiers. What this ability does is give Reizo the ability of complete control over Draconic bone. Not only are these bones the only substance immune from the effects of Reizo's flame, but they are incredibly strong. Dragon bone is able to withstand one "extreme" leveled attack before beginning to break. What this ability does is grant Rei the ability to forge himself an armor made completely from Dragon bone, or alternatively create some sort of small barrier with it - although only one can exist at a time. The secondary ability is that Reizo is now able to manipulate his new sword, which is also made from the same bone. He is able to do simple manipulations like extending the sword, or altering the shape of the blade.
With every rank gained, the bones are able to withstand an additional "low" ranked attack before beginning to be destroyed. The range of command will always be equal to that of his fire.

Type: Art of Destruction
Description: Forming a circle in between one’s hands, several dozens of fireflies fly out. Swarming towards the desired target, once the user of the spell gives the command – claping their hands together – all fireflies light up with extremely bright flashes.
Incantation: Sparkle in the eyes of the unbelievers! Darting firefly, Hadō no Ichi: Hotaru!

Description: The user gathers a tiny amount of reiatsu to the fingertip of their dominant index finger, extending it outward along with the middle finger. The other fingers are folded into the palm. The user then lays the palm of their off hand face-down on the wrist of the dominant hand. The fingertip will swell with blue-white energy before exploding forward in a narrow, piercing beam of white lightning-like reiatsu, capable of punching holes through opponents.
Incantation: White chariot! Blue soldiers, rustled leaves, thirteen black clouds, unleash the sky! Hado no Yon: Byakurai!

Description: The user extends their hand, and begins the chant for the technique. As the user chants the incantation, a large amount of wind quickly swirls around the user's hand, forming a square shape around the user's hand. As the incantation finishes, a blue light completely envelops the user's hand, and the square formation around the hand will then rapidly extend outwards. With gale-force winds being released in a straight line around the size of a square meter from the square formation around the user's hand, the caster will attempt to strike the opponent with the wind force to deal crushing damage to them.
Incantation: Storm, powerful, demanding; gather in heaven and descend upon us mortals. Rear your head, and unleash your wrath! Hado no Nana: Kosharashi!

Type: Destruction Art.
Description: As the user begins the incantation, a speck of blue light will appear upon their index finger. Tracing this light in the shape of a raven, the user will continue to chant the spell. As the user finishes the incantation, they will have traced a number of small raven forms within the air, which are illuminated with the same blue light. After the incantation is finished, the user will call out the name of the spell, activating it. Each drawn raven will burst into life with a potent electrical current. These ravens will then dart quickly towards the opponent, attempting to strike them. Depending upon the number of ravens that have been drawn, the user can create a warning shot with no harm with a singular raven, to an incredibly damaging attack with a swarm of electrical ravens. The average drawn raven will be no larger than an inch in height or width, although larger ravens can be drawn to create a more powerful attack, at the expense of additional energy.
Incantation: Storm, powerful, demanding; gives wings to your essence and deliver your forbidden judgment. Hado no Hachi: Eiei Arashi!

Description: The user gathers reiatsu into their dominant hand, focusing it into the fingertips of their middle, index, and ring fingers. The user then points these three fingers towards the target, palm facing downward. They then place the palm of their offhand on the dominant elbow. Three lines of yellow energy, reminiscent of claws or talons, shoot from the fingertips, seeking to skewer the target. These ‘claws’ are capable of puncturing right through a person.
Incantation: Ye lord! Thunder of earth and heaven, roar of midnight loss, shivering fins, steadfast three as bright as the empty soul! But thrice give out your merciful roar! Hado no Nijuunana: Sanrai Shunha!

Description: The user gathers reiatsu into the palm of their dominant hand, extending their palm forward. The user then places their off hand on their wrist, wrapping their fingers around it. They then gather the reiatsu into a ball of energy floating in front of the palm. The user then releases the ball of red energy forward like a cannon-ball. It will explode on contact with anything, much like a grenade or rocket.
Incantation: Ye lord! Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Inferno and pandemonium, the sea barrier surges, march on to the south! Hado no Sanjuuichi: Shakkahō!

Description: The user gathers reiatsu into their fingertips, extending the palm of their dominant hand forward with the middle and index finger pointing straight up. The user then places the off hand flat on the ground, making a v-shape with the fingers. The user then jabs the middle and index fingers of the dominant hand in between the ‘v’ made by the off-hand’s fingers. Reiatsu will flow into the earth, splitting apart a chasm five meters wide in the earth that extends towards the opponent with great speed. It slams back together if something falls within it, but otherwise remains as a hazard.
Incantation: Ye fallow kings of earth, salted ground, unleash the light into the shattered glass! Twenty-nine blades of grass, forty-three cicadas, meld and become like the stone, ever patient, then crumble like sand! Break apart the fury of the mountains! Hado no Sanjuuhachi: Daitanima!

Description: The user will draw their off hand in towards their chest, as if to cover their heart. They will then sweep a reiatsu-enhanced dominant hand in front of them in a one-hundred forty-degree arc, leaving a ghostly impression of an arc of innumerable blue blades of light where the user’s hand passed. All at once the blades will solidify and shoot forward in an arc of a thousand stabbing blades of blue energy, each like a flying sword.
Incantation: Crickets achirp, red signs of madness, violet rope, emptiness declares the priest a sinner! The tears of the azure demon call ten thousand warriors! Bring forth the nightmare and break apart the sky! Hado no Gojuuichi: Chikenhi!

Type: Art of Destruction
Description: Holding one’s hand around the other hand’s wrist, one creates ten small dragonflies glowing faintly in nine different colours – Red; Orange; Yellow; Lime; Green; Cyan; Blue; Purple; White – and one pitch black. Moving at 16 meters a second, one can send the dragonfly away from them and let the coloured dragonflies explode upon clapping their hands together around the black dragonfly, crushing it. Each dragonfly explodes into their own colour with a scorching blast reaching up to twenty-five meters in diameter – sending coloured flares outwards at high speeds and swiftly lighting whatever’s flammable they touch on fire instantly, burning brightly in their respective colour.
Incantation: Show thy blossom, show thy spark. Fill the heavens, bring light to hell, show the path, burn the path, amaze the spectator, torment the target! Soaring dragonfly, Hadō no Gajuuroku: Kagerou!
