When she knows that she must fight, Amekisaki wears a tribal uniform that the women of her tribe wear. It consists of a bikini-like suit, triangles of fabric upon her bosom to hide the essential parts. Several pieces of jewellry are worn, they are considered as good luck charms, these includes several braceltes, a large sun-shaped necklace and several hip-strings.
Advent Affinity: Shinigami: Chanelled through Tiara
Power Focus: The Arashi Oukan is a black tiara passed down through the women and generations of the Zahla Tribe of Kenya. The accessory is ebony in color and its semi-circle base stops just behind the wearer's ears. Upon its top, a simple circle and wing-like forms protrude. In its appearance it is quite mundane, it does not attract a lot of attention because it seems quite ordinary and bland. Yet it looks awkward because of its lack of jewelry or color. When the user of the Arashi Oukan uses their power their
Advent Human Power:
Name: Arashi Oukan: Reine des Cieux(Tempest Crown: Queen of the Heavens)
Level: Current: Low Potential: Very High
Description: Through hundreds of years the Arashi Oukan has been passed down from generation to generation to the women of the Zahla Tribe. Within the small tiara resides five spirits. These powerful beings hold control over weather. Through their will they are able to make it rain, they cause lightning, snow and winds to erupt. The wearer of the tiara if she is chosen by the spirits becomes the master of these spirits and can will them to do what she pleases. The power of the spirits are limited to that of the heavens, they can only manipulate the elements found in the sky, they can only perform incredible feats that are limited to the weather. As the wearer grows and trains with the spirits, the bond between spirit and human grows and so does the powers of the wearer.
First Advent: The First Advent is quite limited in power. The user is able to summon up dark clouds and cause rain. The rain is limited to a radius of forty meters and it is not an intense pour. The Advent Human is also able to manipulate the winds to a limited degree. By pushing the air forward, an attack can be created yet an opponent will only feel a forceful push or will be hit with the force of a simple punch.
-Upgrade(Rank 2) By manipulating the winds the person is able to lift themselves and be given flight. The person can only lift themselves a meter above the ground and can fly for about one minute, they are forced to move forward in a direct line.
-Uprade(Rank 4) The rain summoned by the user can fall with a greater intensity, slightly blurring the vision and becomes an annoyance to anyone caught within the rain.
Second Advent: The Second Advent grants even more powers to the user. For example now the radius of the falling rain created by someone using Reine des Cieux grows and can encompass a small town. The rain can also turn into snow if the user wishes it yet the cold that is created affects the user him or herself too. Winds created while in the Second Advent are strong enough to push someone and make them fall to the ground. The winds travel quickly and hold the power of a powerful tackle.
-Upgrade(Rank 6) Flight is upgrade, the user can now lift themseves ten meters above ground and can stay within the air for ten minutes. The movements are still linear yet the user can now move forward and backward granting a little bit more mobility to the flying user.
-Upgrade(Rank 8) The user becomes able to dispel naturally occuring clouds and can stop rain and snow that has been created by nature.
Third Advent: The user's abilities grow even more when they go through their Third Advent. At this point the user can manipulate the moisture in the air to create a thick mist that can grow to a radius of thirty meters. This mist is thick and limits a person to only see a meter ahead of themselves. The winds summoned at this point are fast and more powerful than before. They can be used to push several individuals backwards and onto the ground, they can also be used to block or deflect oncoming projectiles and can also deflect Category 1 Kido spells.
-Upgrade(Rank 12)The user becomes able to perform their weather altering powers while in flight.
-Upgrade(Rank 14) The user's flight is perfected, they can now move from side to side without difficulty and can stop and lower or ascend themselves with ease. He or she is now granted with as much time as they please of flight as long as they do not run out of spiritual energy or they will fall to their death. They can now rise as high as they want, just as long as there is still breathable air where they are.
Fourth Advent: At this point the user's rain can fall upon a large city-sized radius. When unlocking the Fourth Advent the person is able to generate lightning. The lightning must come from dark clouds in the sky and falls down in a linear fashion, crashing upon the ground or whatever the person wills. The lightning is quite easy to dodge as it comes in a straight line from the sky. The winds generated at this level are more powerful than before, they can now slash at an opponent if they are sent towards him or her. Small vortexes of winds can be created around a person to block their movements.
-Upgrade(Rank 16) The person creates an immunity to the effects of temperatures that they create. For example if they create snow and the air becomes cooler, the user of the Arashi Oukan will not feel cold and they will be able to fight easily.
-Upgrade(Rank 18) The person is able to create the necessary elements to cause lightning to occur between his or her hands. By doing so the lightning bolt is shot from the user’s hands, this makes it easier for the user to shoot a target as the bolt comes directly from them and can be more easily manipulated.
Ultimate Advent: To be added later on...
Restrictions: Only women of the Zahla Tribe are able to access the powers of the Arashi Oukan. And even then the abilities are not granted to all the women. The girl must first have some kind of spiritual awareness, seeing the dead and sensing spiritual energy are things that enable one to be able to use the powers of Reine des Cieux. Depending on which Advent is attained will influence the time the user is able to manipulate the elements.

History:
The story of Amekisaki starts even before her birth. Her father to be was a wealthy business man from Nigeria, his name was Pierre. While on one of his travels to Kenya, he met and fell in love with a girl by the name of Valeer. The girl was part of the Zahla Tribe, an African tribe that was very spiritual. The girl's feelings for the man were pure too so she left the tribe to travel with the man. After a few years of travelling they settled within New York City in the United States. It was there that they would have their first child. Amekisaki would be born. The young baby held the gene that made several of the women of the Zahla unique. Ame as she would be nicknamed was born with pure white hair while being of a darker skin color. This meant that she would have great potential and the actual potential to develop special abilities only reserved to these type of women of the tribe.
Amekisaki's past was riddled with dichotomies. She was an African with white hair. She was accepted yet rejected. It seemed as if people loved her for her exotism and accepted her, or were scared of her odd looks and rejected her. Yet she aged beautifully, she was a talented girl that loved dancing, she took several dancing classes during her youth, it kept her fit and attracted positive attention from her peers, yet this would be short lived as her parents had other plans.
At the age of thirteen, Valeer wanted to bring Ame to Kenya so that she could meet the Zahla tribe. The mother decided that it would be better for the child to meet her roots, and to see if she would be eligible to accept the powers of the tribe. In Kenya, Ame seemed quite comfortable, she adapted well to the freer tribe life. At the age of fourteen she was introduced to the spirits that the tribe called upon in their rituals. It was during this time that the young girl was given the tribe's tiara. The tribe believe that this accessory was given powers because of the spirits that inhabit it, yet that is false. Each time a woman of the clan would have the tiara, they would somehow by change meet with a shinigami and the Death God's reiatsu would rub off upon the item. In time the powers would be linked to the item, and so when it was given to Ame it was believed that she would gain these powers automatically.
At the age of fifteen the young Amekisaki was running through plains when she felt an odd feeling running through her body. Unbeknownst to her a shinigami had been patrolling the Hollow-rich area, and so this meeting left a spiritual imprint upon the young girl, the energy being manifested within her tiara. From that fated meeting, she noticed a few things had changed. Odd phenomenon happened around her that she could not understand. The weather would regularly mimic her emotions, if she felt sad it would rain, angry it would thunder, happy the sun would shine. She dismissed this as simple coincidence but the tribe elders took notice of this and linked both the tribal tiara and her abilities to their traditions. With time she would slowly start controlling her abilities, the elders helping her with these new and odd skills.
Yet at the age of sixteen, the tribes would decide to sent Amekisaki away. A prophet of the tribe had a vision about the young girl and the spiritual energy of Karakura Town, Japan. The young girl and both of her parents would be sent there to live. Nor Ame nor her parents knew what the prophecy was about yet they followed what they were told and settled in the town in the asian country, unsure of what was fated for them. The change from Kenya to Japan was easy as they had already lived in the United States and were well accustomed to technology and city life.
