Moderately sized for a woman of her age, she is rather strict looking. At a glance, much can be told about her. As a teacher at Karakura High School, she teaches history class. Among many students and some teachers, she is not well liked, Due to her strict grading procedures. Her hair reaches mid knee and is often pulled back into a massive ponytail, although she likes to change her hair often. She wears a skull-like hairpiece in the right side of her onyx colored, silky smooth hair. Her face is long and sharp appearing, her nose rather long and cruel appearing. She often looks down upon the students and others she sees as "weaklings". She will often destroy hollows that invade her town, just for the thrill of destroying "evil incarnate" as she sees them. She often wears a completely black dress that covers her legs to her knees and shows a generous amount of cleavage in front, making her the desire to many of teenage boys. She however, is seemingly blind to this. She speaks in a thick German accent, due to being raised and trained by those who also spoke with German accents.
History: Being born in Karakura Town, like so many others. She grew up knowing exactly what her family legacy was. She knew that her duty would be to slay Hollows one day, She was however unsure when that time was. Her family disliked Shinigami with a passion due to the discrimination they showed their kind. This hatred was passed on to her, but slowly drifted from her mind. At the age of 9, she was shipped off to the Bayerischer Wald mountain range for several years. She slowly began to discover the spirit particles around her. Slowly learning that she could manipulate them and create her own weapon, she decided to call it something deliciously morbid, as she grew during her training. After ten years of training, she had learned the basics and learned how to train on her own, away from Quincy elders. Returning to Japan, she went on to graduate from a prestigious college with a degree for teaching, after which, at the age of 25, she began teaching in Karakura High School. When the boring days and rambunctious students begin to bother her... she patrols Karakura Town in search for Hollows to slay and keep her home town safe.
After settling into her teaching job, Aloisia has truly begun to learn what speed is to the Quincey. After many battles with Hollows, time and training has paid off. Slowly, she learned how to form sliding panels of reishi in order to move in a way that rivals Shinigami and Hollows. After much practice, she was able to use the Hirenkyaku efficiently to travel her body from one point to another, just as many other Quincey before her were able to do before her. In her first real test in field, she was able to literally run circles around a Hollow that was hellbent on devouring her soul. Launching an arrow through the Hollow's face, it was over faster than ever before. Her body was able to react even more quickly than previously, she enjoyed her new power and vowed to herself to continue to break her boundaries more-so than ever before

Description: The most basic of all Quincey Abilities, it is still one that takes some getting used to. Available to all Quincey, this technique actually does three specific things. The first is a type of attunement towards a specific type of weapon. These can range from swords, whips, bows, axes, picks; basically, take your pick of one weapon. The second ability is the ability to absorb Reiryoku, or Spirit Power, from the atmosphere. This capability is greatly enhanced in places of highly condensed Reiryoku, such as Soul Society or Hueco Mundo. Finally, Reiiro grants the user the capability of rapidly condensing the Reiryoku into Reiatsu, which is then used as fuel to perform Reibuki, Neo Quincey Powers, or Gintō spells.
Restrictions: Must be a Neo Quincey.
