Welp, I was called in to resolve this matter but I've been lazy to actually post anything. So, here goes.

The female with the chocolate locks was well concealed much to my surprise, I could not find her Reiatsu any were.

As seen from both quotes above, there is no way you can tell where Hikari is. There also rest the fact that within that small time frame at which she Shunpo's to your back attempting to stab you can you turn, then grasp your sword, draw it from its scabbard and point it at her to defend yourself. You simply wasted too much time in your defense allowing the attack to connect.

I noticed that the girl had left her perch, but were could she be. I thought as I carefully examined the area around me. If I'm not careful she might Shunpo around me and go for an attack, but I doubt it, the audacity to attack is purposefulness even if she were desperate to make a name for her self in the Seireitei. I looked around at the tree as I turned around I witnessed the young lady harrowing at me. With her Zanpakutou aimed directly at him.

This section of your post is just ridiculous as Hikari is not in front of you but already 5 meters BEHIND you. This entire time, you had been facing the wrong direction and not in the direction Hikari was at. There is also the problem where you somehow magically noticed she left her perch when you cannot even see her and not to mention that fact that just randomly, your mind decides to think about exactly what she wants to do? I am deeming you dead and do not call her attack Meta-gaming or God-modding as she did no such thing. She simply used what is in her arsenal to attack you and you failed to defend yourself properly.
