The Obscura Espada, known as the Dark Swords, are among the most fearsome Espada ever to rule over the palace of Los Noches. Very little is known about them outside of the palace itself, and those Hollows with enough sentience to be aware of their rule are terrified and awed at the same time, their horrified respect giving way to their silence about the masters of the White Desert. They are shown here in descending order, from right to left.
Shown first is the Primera Espada, Lumbremeta. He is the ultimate ruler of the land of Hollows and is a mysterious leader. Many times the strength of the other Espada, his mastery is unquestioned. He is soft-spoken and sophisticated, but brutal and cruel when he chooses to dole out punishments. Next is the Segunda Espada, Deliciareina. She is an apathetic nymphomaniac, though she would never refer to herself as such. She is incredibly composed and silent at all times in public. Third is Malik Ilskahata, the Tercera Espada. Known for his rebellious attitude and lapses of psychotic rage. The Cuatra Espada is named Tristeza Självmord. She is generally considered to be the most depressing Espada, though also the kindest. Hacher Tagliasega is the Quinto Espada. She is a highly disciplined warrior who adheres to a code much like the Bushido. Galen Diablos is the Sexta Espada, a sadistic Arrancar taking the form of a teenage girl. The Septima Espada is known as Swart Tortuga. He is an introverted, studious individual. Vermoorden Draebe takes the position of Octava Espada. He is a sick, twisted soul who delights only in death and pain. Bia Anonadamiento is the Nuveno Espada, a short-tempered, arrogant Arrancar. Soffio Il Shwarz is the Decima Espada, known for her childish humor and light-hearted antics. Not much more is known about these mysterious warriors…
