So I was thinking, maybe staff should have a page in the Shinigami Information or a sub forum within it for every single division (so 13), each division leader is the mod of that forum and they would be in charge of making a list of those in his/her division as in; the lieutenant, the seats, the unseated etc. Also, they could also make a page for those who have been accepted to sign up on the list stating that they are in the seat so its a bit more clearer to easily find whos in your division and things of the sort. Furthermore, for hollows you could do the same since the one to ten usually have three people that work under them right, they could do the same and so it would be like seats one to three.

Also, are there people who play the Obscura Espada's? Or are they NPC, if so, would other hollows, once reaching the arrancar rank be able to become Obscura Espada's? Are the captain of divisions also npc's or are their people that play them? If they are npc, can some become captains?

Next suggestion, maybe you guys could also add the Bount, or if you guys find it too be too much work, I think I could work on it myself. Anyways these our my suggestions and questions

this may come into effect when we get to be strong enough, however, I find there's no use with this list until we are actually at the rank to be part of these 'ultimate' groups.

About the Bount section, Takuya does not like them since they were a filler and not in the Manga. He has told me he wishes to keep them as far from his site as he can. =P

What about other more original creations? Could I make a new race/template for people to make characters with, assuming it is very original, well thought out and creative of course.

New races are always a possibility, but Bount is a filler aberration that I will probably never allow. xD

As for Captains and Espada, they are all NPCs if we need them. They will be replaced once people have reached the appropriate ranks and passed the respective tests.

Division Lists are something I've been thinking about. I intend to sometime in the future make lists that make it more clear who is in what position.

Well on the Captains, we have a little information about Espada's, but shouldn't there be some information on the Captain's too since they are certainly more popular then the Obscura Espada's and some of the shinigami within the division might want to know about the npc's so maybe small little biographies could be made for them... by staff of course...

You would have to PM it to me. Races are a serious addition to the game, so anything, if anything would ever be improved, would have to be reviewed in depth.
