Alright, I have a pretty good feel on the site but I have some big questions in regards to the anime/manga versus some of the stuff we have here. I do realizes this is non-canon but they still bug me and I want an official ruling on it.
Alright my first question goes to how we run Sprint/Shunpo/SonĂdo/Hirenkyaku is there a difference in speed for these? I mean is a sprint going to be as fast as a Shunpo? Is a Hirenkyaku as fast as a Sonido? It would be nice if there was a better description for how exactly these work because to me a Sprint that a human does is not going to be a Shunpo speed movement. And to that effect if they are all different speeds which one trumps which?
The second question is about the hovering in air, shouldn't that be a Shinigami and Hollow thing only? In the anime only they could ever hover in the air that was because they were spirits and did not have a solid body. Don't get me wrong I like having that ability for when I am an Advent at rank 5 but it just seems... I donno... anti Bleach in some ways.
I know these questions pose balance problems but I think as a site we can figure out how to balance these to make the site more accurate and fun. In this way each race can have it's own uniqueness even more.

Shunpo, Sonido, Hirenkyaku, and Sprint all move at the same speed. Sprint is named as such simply because it's got no name in the manga, despite Chad's usage of it. They all move at the same exact speed, assuming the Ranks of the users are equal.
Do note, however, that each specialist's high speed motion is twice as fast as that below it. A specialist, for example, uses Shunpo only half as fast as a master. Basically, this means that with good effort, you could defend against someone a specialist level above you, but perhaps not match them attack for attack, whereas a non-specialist would be hard-pressed to even react before the attack lands on them.
A 4-5 Rank superiority can make up for a single specialist point difference.
As for Air-Walking, it has nothing to do with spirits, but with gathering spiritual particles beneath one's feet. Ishida can do it, though clearly he makes it all grand and shiny. Plus, it's not far to Advent and Quincy to deny them it, even if it's not as likely for them to be able to do it. =P

Speeds all good but why not Change Sprint to Quickstep, Flicker (kinda like disappears and reappears somewhere else), or Blitzen (german for dash). Whatever you call it, give it a good description that will be what makes it less confusing.
Ishida did it? Hmm... I don't remember when... *goes back to reread some of the manga*
