I was thinking isn't it a little limiting to only have four categories of which you can only put two specialist points into each category? I was thinking that perhaps there could be a higher level of specialist or more categories to put specialist points into. That way people can be more unique in their characters and it could allow for more weaknesses to arise in combat once people are up there in the ranks if they focus on one thing too much and can allow them to focus more on what their character does. Here are a few ideas I had::
The first Idea I had was that of Grand Master for all the specialist this would give them a unique bonus depending on which area they Grand Master in take Hollow specialist options and they would look something like this::
Obrero (Hand to Hand)
Non-Specialist: Not used to fighting Hand to Hand, has the disadvantage against Specialists and Masters.
Specialist: Used to fighting Hand to Hand, has the advantage vs Non-Specialists and a disadvantage vs Masters.
Master: Unparalleled at Hand to Hand, has the advantage vs Non-Specialists and Specialists.
Grand Master: Has perfected the art of fighting in hand to hand combat, they are not only more skilled but their strength is better then that of a Master allowing them to perform feats of strength not normally allowed.
Corte (Weapon)
Non-Specialist: Not used to fighting with their Resgarvida, has the disadvantage against Specialists and Masters.
Specialist: Used to fighting with their Resgarvida, has the advantage against Non-Specialists and the disadvantage vs Masters.
Master: Unparalleled with their Resgarvida, has the advantage vs Non-Specialists and Specialists.
Grand Master: Has perfected the art of using their Resgarvida in combat. They can wield their Resgarvida with such skill and expertise that they cannot be disarmed unless they want to or they are killed. They have an advantage over masters.
Velocidad (Speed)
Non-Specialist: Starts with 3 Sonído, gets +1 Sonído for every Rank the user obtains. Slowest form of Hollow, they are usually larger/bulkier or ones who have completely focused on something else. Has speed disadvantage against Specialist, and large speed disadvantage against Masters.
Specialist: Starts with 4 Sonído, gets +2 Sonído for every Rank the user obtains. Most common form of Hollow. Has speed advantage against Non-Specialist, but speed disadvantage against Masters.
Master: Starts with 5 Sonído, gets +3 Sonído for every Rank the user obtains. Unparalleled in speed, has huge speed advantage against Non-Specialists and speed advantage against Specialists.
Grand Master: When this level of specialization is gained the user gains +6 Sonído but they still only receive + 3 Sonído for every rank the user obtains. At this level the user has perfected their speed and indeed they can now use Sonído 50% better meaning they can go further with their Sonído and they use less Reiatsu while doing so.
Ánimo (Spirit)
Non-Specialist: Unskilled in the use of Cero and other specialized Hollow abilities, has the disadvantage against Specialists and Masters. Gains one Hollow Point every three ranks.
Specialist: Skilled in the use of Cero and other specialized Hollow abilities, has the advantage against Non-Specialists and the disadvantage vs Masters. Gains one Hollow Point every two ranks.
Master: Unparalleled in the use of Cero and other specialized Hollow abilities, has the advantage vs Non-Specialists and Specialists. Gains one Hollow Point every rank.
Grand Master: Have Perfected the use of Cero and other specialized Hollow abilities. They have an advantage over masters and gain one Hollow Point every rank. In addition any ability that can be upgraded in damage can be upgraded in damage past the Devastating level or up to three levels higher then normal. Now when upgrading there are three new options to upgrade their attacks to: Highly Devastating, Unparalleled Damage, and Godly
The other Idea I had was adding more categories like:
Strength (hey look I can lift a building how about you?), Fortitude (can't be hurt easily, like Ken not being cut by Ichigo), and Power (This allows one to further expand on Reiatsu abilities and allows for higher ranks in damage similar to Ánimo Grand Master)
