Kohri flinched at the burst of speech. Of course; the one time he was reveling in quiet, he had to be disturbed. Another sigh came from him, this one exasperated and not content, like the first. He began to go to the sound, his footfalls silent as usual. Kohri scampered on and in high alert. The one day he had to go to the Rukon District, and he wasn't feeling a hundred percent not to mention he was the size of a toddler, but Kohri wasn't scared, he was scared of nothing. He walked over and saw a scuffle between a store vendor and a what he could make out a thief. This would be the first event of the night for Kohri.

Kohri had to do something this was his mission to help the poor district, and maybe after he will get someone to willingly question. Kohri's Journalist career hasn't taken off yet and that needs to change and quick. 'Should I use Kidō or would that be considered inhumane? Without fully looking at the situation at hand; Kohri sprung into action, chanting an incantation. ”Secrets, hidden in darkness,” he said putting his hands in the sky and watching the energy swarm around the bandits body. “Reveal yourself and hinder your carrier.” Watching as it almost encases the young mister's legs. “Bakudo no Ichi: Sai!” As it envelopes the thief's legs.[/left][/ul]

Bakudô No. 1: Sai (Way of Binding No. 1: Restrain)
Type: Binding Art.
Description: The most basic of Binding Kidô, the user gathers energy while chanting the incantation. The energy swirls around the opponent, and then when the user calls out the name of the spell and extends their hand towards the target, the energy will descend and wrap around the opponent. The most common target for this spell is the opponent's arms, but the legs may also be targeted. Bound by an invisible energy, the opponent will find it difficult to move the afflicted areas, as if it were constrained by a rope. Sufficient physical force will cause the binding to shatter prematurely.

2:01am

Kokaku was awake, in Rokungai, doing absolutely nothing. The only reason he wasn't sleeping at this hour was that he just came back from his duty on Earth. When you came back from duty and realized its 1 f***ing am in the morning, most would just drop down on whatever they could find that allowed them to sleep. However, that wasn't the case for Kokaku, which was amazingly enough, has no desire to sleep until the night of the day.

Seireitei was boring as hell in midnight and so, the white-haired shinigami decided to just roam around outside Seireitei. Correct decision. Rokungai was so much better than Seireitei in terms of entertainment. Shops still opened until now, pubs? Obviously was sucking money out of its juicy customer right now.

"Hey, our brother got caught right up front, let's help him. That idiot should have no backup at all." Kokaku saw three guys at the edge of a wall, one with his head leaning out of the corner to observe what was going on out there. Not to be an a-hole, but just a glance on their clothing and faces, Kokaku knew they were lawbreakers.

"On count to 3. One, Two, Three!!!" The first one charged one of the corner and the other two followed. Kokaku took a few fast steps so he could see what's happening there. He saw a short guy with antlers, somebody down on the ground and three men rushing toward the guy with antler - impossible he was his brother, the one down on the ground fits the got-caught statement - and Kokaku knew he has to do something fast.

He pointed the index finger of his left hand at the farthest guy on sight and aimed at his leg. Second later, a brilliant beam of white energy pierced through the air. Probably pierced through the unlucky guy's leg too as he dropped down to the ground second later.

Was this a wise choice? To use kido against them? Well, Kokaku didn't really think about moral value in such crucial moment. The other two saw the beam, being a little behind the unlucky man. They stopped and turned around, faces filled with anger and if you observed well enough, fear hidden on their face, "Guess that lilttle guy isn't alone anyway?" The lawbreakers weren't alone, so was the antler guy.

The noise coming at me from behind was loud and abrasive the thought of an attack on a Shinigami by a Rokungai Resident would make Kohi look like a fool. He looked behind him and saw the three Thugs charging towards him, they yelled belligerent slurs at the youngster and came at him full force.

Luckily there was another Shinigami who had trouble sleeping, and just so happened to roam the alley streets of the Rokungai he watched on before doing what seemed a chant less incantation then used a kido to subdue one of the marauders. One of the younger ones looked at him and then me before yelling a obscenity in a different language I couldn't make out. It didn't matter Kohri would stop the guy.

"Guess that lilttle guy isn't alone anyway?" the Shinigami said after flinging his Kido. Kohri had to do something now he had company of the same rank and now he had to look good. Kohri had no other choice but to use a diffent Kido, one would be a bit more unconventional. ” My will to succeed be the rope that sustains you; let my breath of light be the light to guide you.” Kohri said as a chain of light appeared from hie right hand flying towards the thief on the left. 'Bakudo no Yon: Hainawa!” the chain went flying from my hand wrapping itself around the Man, concealing his arms. The weight of the chain must have been exhausting because the man fell to the ground. ”I got this one.” Kohri said waving his free arm rapidly in the air. His other one holding the chain.[/ul]

Type: Binding Art.
Description: An ability that is both simplistic and useful, and as such it can commonly be seen in practice. It is especially favored amongst members of the Fourth Division, who cannot get a patient to stop struggling against treatment. Gathering Reiatsu, the user will speak the incantation, and then condense the energy as a chain of light from the index and middle fingers of the user's dominant hand, which are held together. The chain will then quickly fly towards the opponent, attempting to act as a restraint to prohibit the opponent from moving. Once bound, the chain is capable of being tied to another object to hold the opponent; the user is not required to maintain the connection between the chain and their hand, allowing them to then perform other actions.

Tick Tock Tick Tock...

Just before any of the remaining two could move one step away from their standing position right there, a chain of bright white illumination caught one of them on the arms, that guy couldn't do anything right now. His partner was muttering with some curses or whatever crap that Kokaku couldn't hear very well due to the low volume and the distance between them. One thing he's damn sure about was that guy has a face full of fear right now. The next second, the guy moved. Not toward his position or the other direction - which the antler guy was standing at - he simply run toward another direction, which is to the right of Kokaku. "Nice one there." Kokaku praised his partner.

Another kido wasn't a wise choice here, all he knew was hado, not the useful-in-this-situation bakudo that the antler guy was using. Well, a shinigami has more than just kido. Within a blink of the eyes, Kokaku disappeared from his position and appeared in front of the escaping man. The man got a Oh-My-God look as Kokaku appeared in front of him in a sudden, he thought he was seeing ghost right now. Ironically, they were all spirits in Soul Society. Kokaku wasn't a good melee fighter compared to other shinigami but surely he could handle the little lawbreaker in front of him. A quick left jab caught the guy right on the mouth area and then a sweep leveled the guy away from the ground and then back on the ground flat on his back. "Done. Let's hand them to the police or what?"

After Kohri had preformed his Kido successfully, he looked over at th Shinigami, but he wasn't their. Kohri scurried around quickly looking for his pal the Shinigami, ”it sure would help if I knew this guys name?” He said flustered as he held the chain in one hand and the other was up by his zanpakutou. He watched as one of the thugs ran off to the right, but the Shinigami had stopped him using a Shunpo, then a jab to the face. Kohri because of his size could never do something like that. That's why he sticks to Kido.

"Done. Let's hand them to the police or what?" By this response, Kohri knew he wasn't dealing with one of the sharpest Zanpakutou so he walked over to the young mas and held out his hand holding the illuminated chain holding the captive. ”If you would be so kind, because of my size I can't do to much lifting,” Kohri said to the young Shinigami smiling the biggest grin he could muster. ”My name is Korhi-Kun, 9_th division, Aspiring Journalist,” He said dropping the chain carelessly and putting up the 'peace' in chibi fashion.

He quickly bent over and picked up the chain after dropping it. ”Well lets take these hooligans in and then go grab a Chocolate Milk Shake, Yumm!” Kohri said turning his head and rubbing his hands together, and licking his lips. ”Lets go shall we,by the way what's your name.” He said walking backwards avoiding rocks on the floor.[/font][/ul]

Now, they were done with those pathetic men, unless their brothers showed up suddenly, then that's a different case. For now, all of them are disabled in many ways but the same thing about them all was that they couldn't move or escape. Kokaku asked the store vendor for a few ropes. Lady Luck was on his side, the store vendor did has some ropes in his shop.

With the ropes in hand, he tightened up the two he captured. First, he went for the one that he swept to the ground because his injury was lighter than the other. Then, he went for the got-hit-by-beam one, which was screaming in I-call-my-brother-and-you-die tone and after a punch by Kokaku, turned into begging tone. In conclusion, he was too annoying to scream out of his lungs at 2.06am so Kokaku knocked him out with a chop on the back of his neck. The other didn't make any sound.

2.07am

Kokaku moved on to tighten the two captured by his partner, Korhi-kun. Now he knew his name. Kokaku has a friendly smile as Korhi introduced himself with the 'peace' sign, which was very cute(Well, Kokaku was not gay). "I am from 8th division, Kokaku Nishimura," Kokaku stuck for awhile, just what was his occupation besides shinigami? "Err...no special occupation or sort I guess, ordinary shinigami." He went to tighten the man locked in the chain. "Let's go then." Kokaku started to guide or pull the criminals toward the police station, which was supposed to be not far from their position.

After walking for a few minutes with Kokaku, Kori had to run over to the 13th Division Barracks to tell the Captain of the new pills were a success. "Kokaku, I got to go, can you take care of these guys, really sorry I lost track of time, hopefully we can get together another time." With that Kohri walked back into Soul Society and to the Barracks of the 13th Division.[/ul]

How could Kokaku blame him for leaving? It was 2am in the morning and his new friend and himself should be in bed at this moment. "See you other time then. Kokaku said as Kohri left him to another direction. Kokaku, continued to wander around Rukongai on his own, he has no intention to sleep, yet.
