It was sunny. Or was it? Was that actually the sun? As long as Senjo had known, there was never a rainy or cloudy day in Soul Society. It was always so perfect, so pristine, so marvellous to look at and behold.
It was stagnant. It was stale. It was... dull. Having only just left the Fifth Division's compound after she'd finished her duties for the day, she was headed in some aimless direction. One thing about technically being a spiritual existence, you lose taste for all things... well, human. Food, Drink, Literature; none of these held any real taste with her. The only thing she really did continue a passion for was the spirit of music. Unusual for most, she could remember some parts of her life before becoming a spirit in Soul Society, and with that she retained some of the tunes and ditties what held sway over her heart. Rock tunes, classical symphonies, ballads and all other forms encompassing that one most versatile of all media.
Now, as her straw waraji stepped upon the bright flagstone pathway down some nameless direction, she could feel her subconcious take dominance and the music begin to play in her head. Not particuarily caring in which direction her feet would take her, she would head towards the center of Seireitei, her left hand resting upon the hilt of her as yet nameless Zanpakuto whilst her right rubbed the back of her neck under her low ponytail. Bored, flustered and fed up, she sighed loudly a cantankerous moan to herself, she wondered - direly - when this blasted silent stagnation would break and for something - anything, to happen.

Amy would come into view to be sitting on top of a hill with a single Sakura tree on the edge with its branches lynching over the side of it. At the base of that tree was Amy sitting and humming to herself with a anonymous friend to her side. This was of course her blade, she didn't have it attached to her side but propped up against the tree. This is when things get a little puzzling in our story.
The red headed Shinigami would turn to her partner in the art of war and look at it with a passion of friendship. "So, do you like this spot? I know it is much better then our drafty courters in the squads section of the Seireitei. I always respected this spot, it made me feel... I know this might sound silly but it makes me feel lively! Then again I am chatting to a piece of metal who might not be able to hear me. I don't even know your name sir. Well at least I anticipate you are a sir. For some strange reason I feel like I had a strong male in my time guiding me and that is what I need know..."
A breezy gust would pass through the hill and cause sakura petals to dance around in the heavens. Amy would smile at the life the tree created with such easy and jump up and grab her sword. She would grin as she jumped down the hill. As she made her last large leap she would not see it until it was too late but an older woman in her uniform was walking on the path. Amy would scream "Watch out!" But it was too late as she had landed on her knocking her over as she was in some sort of trance.
As Amy tumbled over her and landed face down. As she slowly got up with a shaking body she wound turn to the lady next to her and say "I am so sorry, please forgive my clumsiness and lack of awareness. Here let me help you up!" Her hand would come out of her Shinigami robes and pointed down wards to the woman. Hopefully she wasn't to mad.

It wasn't every day that one would find two woman sprawling over the ground. However, here they were as my sandalled feet would beat down the path they appeared in my sight, or rather fall into my gaze. Rummaging around and doing suspicious acts, those girls would be lucky that I wasn't on duty at this time or I would have certainly made this into a court case if they were in the wrong at this point in time."Oy oy oy, are you two hurt?" [OCC:]Ok she hasn't posted for two days, can we use 2day ICC]
Amy waited for the older woman to come around… there was no movement. O my, did I knock her out? This isn't going to end well. Amy would stoop down to try and shake her to stir her back to life. Then down the path a new person would enter her vision. The man would appear to be older but not as old as the woman now knocked out on the path.
Amy thought it would at least be worth a try to get him to help. Luckily he approached them and asked about their condition. "Thank goodness you came by sir. You see I am all right but this woman here isn't. You see I kind of knocked her over by error while on my way down the hill to my side. You look fit, can you help me make sure she is ok and try to wake her. If not can you help me get her to squad four's medical center to help her?"
As she was done speaking she would get up and walk over to his side. Amy then, without warning, grabbed his arm and dragged him down to the woman's side. "By the way, I am Amy O'Fee of the First Division, it is a pleasure to meet you good sir." She would then press two of her fingers against the woman's skin to make sure she didn't kill her. Of course it was a dumb thought but she just had doubt in herself.

Pulled towards the other woman, it seemed I didn't have much to say on this, not that I resisted off course. "Hosokawa Ichidou, sixth division, the pleasure is all yours." Kneeling down I would hold her wrist withing my hand, pressing my thumb a bit to increase the tension. Under my skin I could feel the blood press with repetitive alternating strength. Next to that all limbs were in a quite normal position, the collision hadn't been that hard, it seemed all fine. Hehe, don't worry, she's alright, probably a bit off the world after that hit. Maybe we should get her somewhere a bit cooler, we don't want her baked in the sun here, now do we?" I would say, carefully shifting my hands under the womans shoulders and knees, carefully lifting her up. "Is there some cool place around here? Something with some shade and maybe some water?" Hosokawa Ichidou.... Sixth Division? O what did they do again; Amy would maul over in her head while she checked over the knocked out woman. O no, of all squads Amy would remember they were the law enforcement or essentially the police in the world of the departed. As this information came into Amy's head she would turn a rosy red yet try to hide it from the man. The only reason he probably came over was to make sure Amy had done something criminal to this poor woman.
Thankfully Hosokawa would verify her diagnostic of the girl being fine. Amy would sigh as he gave her an idea of taking her to a cooler spot rather then causing anarchy with Squad Four. Amy would look around then close her eyes to focus more on her sensory skills. She would hear the sound of rushing water coming from a small distance to the east. The flow wasn't rapid but it was almost certainly what they were looking for, a brook most likely. "I think there is a brook near by if you would pick her up and follow me please Hosokawa-san."
As the man would follow Amy with the woman in his arms they would reach the brook rather quickly. "I wonder who is she and also is she anyone of significance, like someone of a Royal Family. I am just asking because is she is I could be in big trouble for this..."

I would follow her without complaining, seemed that though a bit stressed she was the type that liked to arrange things, perfect for first division members. I would lay the girl under a tree to cool in the shade next to the small stream. "Please just call me Ichidou-san when I am not on duty, people using my family name makes me feel old." I would speak, forgoing the simple fact that he was over five hundred years old. Shoving her hair out of her face I would take a closer look. "She doesn't bear any signs of royalty of nobility, I think you're fine, maybe suffering from a bit of feeling of guilt, but nothing that can't be fixed." I would say, winking at her. [/blockquote]

As Ichidou followed Amy and placed her below the tree he would correct her for being well-mannered, well that was a first to her. "Pardon me for being so proper, Ichidou-san. She would then observe as he pressed her hair to the sides of her face. He looked into it intensely, studying it. Amy would then question if he was checking her out or something in the impractical direction. She was about to ask him but he answered her inquiry with out her speaking. O thank goodness I thought I was in big trouble. I have the right to feel at fault, don't I? I mean I basically ran over the poor thing. Thank you for being so kind Ichidou-san."
As she tried to prevent herself from blushing she would move over to the small brook and pick up a hand full of water cleaning her face. You know to be truthful... Once you told me that you were in Squad Six I thought I was in trouble or something." Amy would then laugh nervously at her own joke as she let her hand rest in the brook. Hopefully he wouldn't take the mark offensive in anyway.

"Scared of the sixth division? Hehe, it wouldn't be the first time, every time I enter a bar half of the people in there look up scared of arrest when I walk in." I would sit down with my back against the tree on the left side of the unconscious woman. It was a willow, the type of tree that usually grew next to water and thus it had a smooth bark, very comfortable to lean against. "It isn't often that I am encountered with friendly words after I told where I come from, so I think I should thank you instead." My face would indeed reflect happiness, I didn't have a good conversation since ages, here in Seireitei it was all fighting and duty, and I could hardly find distractions from my daily routines.
Raising my voice once again I would pat the ground next to me, signalling that I would greatly appreciate it if she sat down next to me. From the insides of his garments I would produce a sake bottle and take a sip before handing it to her. "Don't worry, this may be a sake bottle, but it's filled with lemonade, because who would drink sake in the middle of such a hot day?" It was really hot, even the willow was cooling itself in the water, the tree had grown so much that some leafed branches were hanging in the water, turning and twisting softly in the slowly running waters. Thankfully the man would be a very tranquil man, most likely because he was off duty. She would then question what he was like when he needed to get the job done... Serious, emotionless and an instance to kill? Amy would tremble at the image of this new person she had met. He would become even more comfortable against the soft bark of a near by willow. "It is no problem, we are all on the same side and hence should all be treated with respect towards one another."
As she gave him a smile with her words it contagiously jumped over to him. Amy was happy that she had the power to make one so happy today. He would then pat the ground next to him encouraging her to join him. Rising up from her spot she would shake off her hand and move over next to him. The shade felt nice on the hot day now all she needed was a drink to make it a perfect day off from her duties.
The man would then proceed to make her wishes come true as he pulled a bottle out of his robe. At first she thought it was sake! How improper of a warrior to drink and inadvertently increase his chances of being abused. To her relief thought it wasn't sake as he offered her some after a swig it was lemonade. Amy would grab the bottle from him take a longer sip. "Ahhh that hit the spot. Thank you Hosokawa-san. Now I think this day is perfect... Well only if she woke up..."

It would, wouldn't it?" I'd speak, watching her gulp down his lemonade, not that he cared if she finished it, he could make more later. Shifting my azure gaze to the unconscious woman I would ponder for a second. This had indeed become something weird. I'd laugh, hadn't done that in a long time, the sound wasn't soft, but it wasn't irritatingly hard either. And to my ears it sounded pleasant, but so do all laughing people.
"Imagine someone coming up here and seeing us sitting under a tree next to the water with an unconscious woman. This is not an every day situation. We should bash that person over the head too, before that person turns us in to my division. Maybe make a nice collection." At the end of this little speech I would stick out my tongue a bit, showing that I was off course joking. [/blockquote]

As she gulped down a good share of the drink he would agree with her. Then Amy would see his stare go directly to the girl. To Amy this gave her the idea that she was drinking too much. She would stop and place it in his hands. "I am sorry, I got carried away I was just so parched." The man would then give a soft yet warming laugh. Amy then noticed this wasn't about her but he circumstances they were under and would join in with a soft chuckle.
Amy listened to his small vision and be sort of intrigued yet nervous. What if this really did happen? Would he do the deed or would she? Amy then saw him turn to her and stick out his tongue, thank goodness he was teasing. "Well you have to think, what if she doesn't come around for a while. I mean this is a frequently traveled path and someone might get the incorrect idea. I think that it would be best that if she doesn't wake up soon we take her to squad four's medical center and tell them the story from start to finish. Then again maybe you should tell the account from the point of your entrance because you are of the Sixth Division. Your word goes beyond that of mine in the minds of those who label."

"No problem, anyone would become dehydrated on such a sunny day." I'd speak, taking back my bottle and placing it on the ground in front of me. "Feel free to take more if you want to." I'd lean back against the tree for a moment and let the sun shine on my face, how much better would this day get? She spoke, giving me time to take a good look at her, she looked younger then him, but then again, nothing was more deceiving here then age. To bad those uniforms were so good at hiding ones figure, that didn't tell him much. She had red hair however, you know what they say about redheads. "Listening to me because I am sixth squad? Why would you be afraid of Fourth squad? You know how they are. Besides, you are in the command squad, if anything I should be at your command, just like them." [/blockquote]
