• Hatsuyuki (First Snow) [Kido] – The first and essential ability of Fuyu no Tsuki is Hatsuyuki, the elemental ability to manifest and control snow. Hatsuyuki is initiated on the will of the user. Hatsuyuki allows the user to condense snow from the atmosphere, through the use of their reiatsu. This is effective almost anywhere, save the most dry of environments. He can only generate about two hundred kilograms of snow, multiplied by his current rank. This snow can be controlled and manipulated into wide-attack forms, it's speed and grace dependent on Takuya's Kido Specialty Level. These snow attacks, however, are not extremely powerful; though they can bruise, break skin, cut, and sometimes break bones in an exceptionally powerful strike, they very rarely cause any life-threatening or incapacitating damage. When they hit, they leave a small of icy reiatsu, almost undetectable, that lingers on the opponent for three rounds before dissipating. The range of both the snow condensing and the lingering reiatsu is twenty meters, plus five meters for every Rank beyond Five that Takuya gains. The true ability can be activated at any time, merely by calling out the name ‘Hatsuyuki’. Any area on the foe still afflicted by Fuyu no Tsuki’s reiatsu will suddenly be subjected to a sudden burst of slashing reiatsu that lacerates the flesh it stands on, dealing serious damage. After this, the condensed reiatsu dissipates.
