Description: Using a fist weapon, the Neo Quincy gathers spiritual energy into their weapon for one turn. At the beginning of the next turn, the Quincy is able to perform a straight punch which unleashes the energy--either at close range, dealing high amounts of damage, or from range in the form of a white beam extending from the fist weapon. The beam is concentrated to the width of the fist weapon, and lessens in power as it shoots forward until it finally dissipates at around 30 feet.
Restrictions: Must be using a fist weapon reibuki.
