Description: When activated the user's current reibuki is granted an extra concussive force per shot, for double the reiatsu cost of a normal shot. Until deactivated when a bullet comes into contact with any surface be it flesh or stone it will generate kinetic push for five meters, increasing by one meter every rank after obtained. At first the push will have the force behind it move a two-hundred pound object, the force increases by fifty pounds every two ranks the user obtains. If the user switches reibuki type, such as switching from handgun to machinegun, while this is active it will be deactivated, and needed to be activated again.
Restrictions: Neo Quincey. Projectile-based Reibuki.

Well, the point was to aide in shooting something at an extreme distance away, but now that I think about it a sniper of some sort would just have a scoped sight on it. Anyway, it's gone. :3
