Fletcher UrthadarAge: 16Specialists: Sumido MasterGender: MaleRank: 0
Fletcher had been called unattractive by... varying groups of people. He dresses well, always in a suit if not in a dress shirt or vest with his school jacket. It's not his face, angular and well shaped with almond shaped eyes and clear blue eyes. It could be because of his hair, dark and sometimes in a bit of a mess, but always clean. When not in a mess, looking like he just rolled out of bed, it's straight, framing his face quite nicely.Appearance:
It could be his body which he has honed for battle for years, resistance training such as swimming has given him a streamlined form, concealing his true strength. Some people don't like the swimmer types. It's probably his scars, a long one horizontally across his chest, and three smaller ones on his back, diagonal and evenly spaced like a claw swipe.
What people truly find unattractive about him is the way he carries himself. Such assurance of his power, and his confidence in his abilities is what pushes most people away. Some people like that kind of thing, but why will forever remain a mystery.
History:[/blockquote]
Oh what a life. What a warrior. There shouldn't be any more Spartans, that's juts ridiculous, and yet here one is today. He was trained to fight, trained to protect his family, his home, his country and his world.
Maybe quinces get a bad rep amongst other races, but Fletcher's family was all about nobility. They were protectors, and masters in close quarters combat, unlike their brethren.
From a young age, Fletcher was told to pick his weapon of choice, as is customarily for all in the Urthadar family, and he was drawn, almost magnetically to the Tonfa. His training began there. Rigorous training daily, punching bags, resistance training, push ups sit ups intense weather conditions, everything to hone him into a killing machine.
Maybe that's why his social skills are lacking; his life is training to kill hollows and protect this world. Hmph, such a warped perception on life this one has. Allies were only that, allies. Someone who can't help you shouldn't get close to you, they'd just be dead weight. Respect your superiors, show respect to inferiors. Don't get attached to people, for in this world nothing last forever. That's what a warrior family does to a child though, hammers him, burns him, near drowned him in water and hammers him more. But once that is done, once the torment is over, the family have taken their raw son and forged a weapon. A Warrior.
What place does a weapon have in the normal world? A sword amongst ignorant children that could end up cutting themselves on the sharpened edge. Balancing school and training wasn't particularly difficult for the disciplined Fletcher, but dealing with the mundane teachings were. He had to sit still for so long, be quiet and write with the flimsy wood and graphite that his fingers ached to squeeze it and snap it like the twig it was. How was he going to keep up this life? He couldn't wait till he left school, but he knew that wouldn't be happening, so the next few years would be spend in a quiet rage.
