• Reibuki #2: Spool of Wire
  This Reibuki is constructed out of a mono-filament wire, spooled up in a small circular disk, about the size of a round coaster. Condensing and fashioning the spirit particles in a highly dense and dangerous manner, this super-thin wire is made to be about a millimeter thick. The wire is one long length, fastened at its middle to the inside of the spool. This allows both lengths to be used at once with both hands if desired, with a default total length of 20 feet (two lengths of 10 feet). Appearance and size can be freely modified based on the situation. However, these modifications must be done as the whip is created.
  This whip is almost three times as powerful (strength, durability) as Naka's original Reibuki due to having the same amount of spirit particles in a much smaller area. Because the wire is so thin, every portion of it is capable of cutting like a razor. The disadvantage of course, is that piercing damage is greatly decreased because it is so much smaller. In addition the weapon becomes quite hard to see because of how thin it is. Because of the danger, it can only be handled by using the associated power, Klebrig Haben. The wire can be manipulated much like a whip and by subtle movements of Naka's hands, as the vibrations will travel down the wire and transfer into movement. It is also controlled to an extent by Naka's reiatsu, allowing it to achieve feats not normally possible. This level of control is reliant pretty heavily upon Naka's skill with the weapon.   Name Klebrig Haben (Sticky Orb)
  Level: Very Low-Medium (Conditional)
  Description: Using a little bit of reiatsu, a small amount of spirit particles will condense into any number of little orbs of energy, about the size of a small marble. These orbs are extremely sticky, and once stuck to a surface will not release their hold until dispelled by the creator. This is a very low leveled power because it requires so little energy to make the orbs. However, if someone with a high level of spiritual power were to try and un-stick themselves from one of these, more energy would need to be concentrated into the orb to prevent the opponent from being successful. For every rank the opponent is above the user, they will need to add another rank's worth of power into the orb to keep them restrained. Opponents more than two ranks above the user cannot be held once they try and break out, which is why the power stops at medium.
  Naka uses this power to handle his Reibuki, as the wire slides easily through the orbs, and they onto it. Any fingers or parts of Naka's body that touches the wire will need an orb making that connection so that he does not slice his limbs off. Additionally, the orbs can slide down the wire in order to make connections with other surfaces, such as buildings, trees, or even just the ground. The affect of the orbs on the user's reibuki can be manipulated greatly, as stated prior but in other ways as well, since both are constructed using the same reiatsu.
  Restrictions: Universal Quincy Power, but is used primarily by Naka. The orbs must originate from the Quincy's body, and cannot really be thrown because they have no weight.
