SUBJECT NUMBER ONE-TWO-SIX
Another Shinigami to write a report on, wonderful. I've been doing to many of these things lately, i swear I'm overworked, but I must keep track of all possibly dangerous shinigami, so i might as well suck it up and get right into it.

That's the end of my report I guess. God, I hope that's the last one for today, I'm getting sick of these things.

- Hadō No. 4: Byakurai (Way of Destruction No. 4: White Lightning)
Type: Destruction Art.
Description: The user gathers a tiny amount of reiatsu to the fingertip of their dominant index finger, extending it outward along with the middle finger. The other fingers are folded into the palm. The user then lays the palm of their off hand face-down on the wrist of the dominant hand. The fingertip will swell with blue-white energy before exploding forward in a narrow, piercing beam of white lightning-like reiatsu, capable of punching holes through opponents.
Incantation: White chariot! Blue soldiers, rustled leaves, thirteen black clouds, unleash the sky! Hado no Yon: Byakurai!

- Bakudō No. 4: Hainawa (Way of Binding No. 4: Crawling Rope)
Type: Binding Art.
Description: An ability that is both simplistic and useful, and as such it can commonly be seen in practice. It is especially favored amongst members of the Fourth Division, who cannot get a patient to stop struggling against treatment. Gathering Reiatsu, the user will speak the incantation, and then condense the energy as a chain of light from the index and middle fingers of the user's dominant hand, which are held together. The chain will then quickly fly towards the opponent, attempting to act as a restraint to prohibit the opponent from moving. Once bound, the chain is capable of being tied to another object to hold the opponent; the user is not required to maintain the connection between the chain and their hand, allowing them to then perform other actions.
Incantation: My will to succeed be the rope that sustains you; let my breath of light be the light to guide you. Bakudo no Yon: Hainawa!
Restrictions: --- - Bakudō No. 19: Soutei (Way of Binding No. 19: Binding)
Type: Art of Binding
Description: The user gathers reiatsu in their left hand’s fingertips, holding their hand out in front of them. The user’s fingers sprout out a rope, splitting up in five separate ropes, all strong and fifteen centimetres in diameter. The ropes then reach towards the target, and wrap themselves around it – usually with one rope around each arm and leg, and one around their neck. Once trapped, the ropes curl further along the limbs until they are either severed or covering the entire body. The ropes around a joint prevent the joint from functioning.
Incantation: Grow! Seed your fruits, grow your roots, sprout your stem, bare your blossom, drop your fruit! Bakudō no Juukyuu: Soutei!
Restrictions: Must know the "Bakudō No. 4: Hainawa" - Bakudō No. 19: Kujiku (Way of Binding No. 19: Crush)
Type: Art of Binding
Description: Using the ropes from “Bakudō No. 19: Soutei”, one places their right hand with it’s palm on the left hand’s wrist, and causes the ropes to become hard as steel. The ropes then tighten their grip, crushing the target slowly. This takes two posts to complete.
Incantation: Rot! Lose your leafs, lose your bark! Be eaten, be spat out! Hadō no Juukyuu: Kujiku!
Restrictions: Can only be used after “Bakudō No. 19: Soutei” is used on the target.

--BankaiThe Inner World
Strange. His inner world reflects who he is so completely, or at least his interests so well, that one could think he designed it himself. There is no floor, there is no sky. No walls, just endless space. Not space as in the empty void between atoms, or objects; space as in the great beyond, the final frontier. His inner world is awash with black and purple with nebula in the distance, galaxies, massive starclusters, comets and asteroids. Beautiful, to put it simply. The world., like most people's worlds, change with his mood. Happiness brightens the stars, brings more colors of different nebulae, and the feeling of a kind and comforting presence. His inner world on a sad day, is the opposite. Stars vanish, things grow distance like a light down a long tunnel, the feeling of loneliness is crushing and almost enough to instill panic into his heart. It's a strange world indeed.
His Zanpakuto manifests itself here, talking the form of a boy a bit shorter than he is, and maybe a tad slimmer, but they share the same grey hair, and the same grey skin, his Zanpakuto's being a tad lighter. Hiro-en's clothing, or single piece of clothing, is much like a cloak. There is no visible opening in this black cloak, and apparently no place for his arms. It shifts between black and white randomly, the only factor that seems to make it change quicker to either shade is the state of the inner wold itself. When it's empty it turns white, and when it is full, it turns black. He sometimes appears in Emmetts inner world with a copy of his sealed form strapped to his back. The reason for this is also unknown, but the first time it is done, he tells Emmett about 'Fleeting Chances at power."Emmett has yet to find out what Hiro-en means by this.
Hiro-en, unlike Emmett, is not happy with the inner world he is in, making it more plausible that Emmett somehow designed his inner world.Despite Hiro-en's dislike for Emmett's inner world, he seems to be able to take full control of it at will, changing it from the happy seen to the more desolate one in a matter of seconds, and even forcing the Comets that seem to act only as scenery to attack Emmett when they have a particularly heated argument. Although Hiro-en seems to have the ability to control the inner world, and could possibly change it to whatever he wants whether Emmett wanted him to or not, begs the question why he doesn't The answer seems to be that Hiro-en, despite his disagreements with Emmett's caring for other people, and their occasional disagreements over certain trivial things, Hiro-en seems to care deeply for Emmett, although why is still a huge question.
That's the end of my report I guess. God, I hope that's the last one for today, I'm getting sick of these things.
