Yeah I don't really know if this is the place for it, but couldn't find any other place that suited it, so here goes.
I have some question for making a 11th Division character and skill points.
Since you guys give out start points so everyone can start out with something, I just want to know if I'm not going to use points for Kido that otherwise start out with, can I use those points for something else or is that just bad luck for me?

But for what?
Can they be used on something other than Kido, since a 11th sqaud guy would never use kido?

They're only use to learn kido for spell points. :/ Nothing stopping you making your own kido attacks...also 11 do use kido, but they keep it to themselves.
