Each rank up thread is a new thread. Going to rank one, is one rank up thread. Rank two, is another rank up thread. ^^

that seems like pointless padding. Why not just give every person their own rank up thread so you can track then and they can track themselves. That seems less time consuming and would probably make things less cluttered.

how would they cheat? it says the time of the posts and the time of the modifications. Besides, they could just post in their own thread for each rank up. seems a lot more convenient to me, especially when trying to get multiple ranks instead of making 2 threads.
