Name:千羽 Chiba (thousand feathers) 春子 Haruko (spring child)
Age:17
Gender:male
Height:5'8(~172.72cm)
Weight:127lbs(~57.61Kg)
Appearance:Haruko stands about 5'8(~172.72cm) tall and weighs in at ~127lbs(~57.61Kg). His skin is pale from a lack of melanoma, in fact his entire body has little pigment. He suffers from anemia, having abnormally low hemoglobin in his red blood cells, despite actually having an overabundance of iron in his body. Even his hair is pigmentarily unusual; it is almost completely devoid of color, having only a very slight blue tint that actually makes it appear to be snow white. Only his eyes have color, and that's a somewhat pale blue.
As far as clothing is concerned, he'll often wear a white button up shirt with a black undershirt, adding a black tie at school to keep with their uniform. In the winter he'll often be wearing a navy-blue blazer, in keeping with his school's uniform. To compliment this, he'll wear a pair of black pants and a gold wristwatch, a gift from his mentor, on his right wrist, though he uses a gold pocket watch(and I mean a real pocket watch, that you have to wind, not one of those wimpy battery powered ones) to actually tell time. Truth be told, the watch doesn't work because the battery died and Haruko never bothered to replace it. He also wears corrective glasses as he is nearsighted, though not to the point where it actually reduces his abilities, just to the point where it inconveniences him.
History: Chiba Haruko was born to Chiba Miroku and Chiba Sadoko roughly 17 years ago. Born in Tokyo, Japan in the spring, and two a pair of parents who had wanted a daughter and had very little originality in the naming department, Miroku and Sadoko named their child 'Haruko'; "Haru" meaning 'Spring', and 'ko' meaning child and being a common element of japanese female names, so his name means 'Spring Child'. However, Haruko often goes by 'Haru', initially dropping the 'ko' to avoid persicution by his peers for the feminine name, and continuing with the name simply because that's what everyone called him.
Haruko attended a public elementary school in the city, like everyone else, and seemed to be a normal kid. Though he was often a little 'different' from the other kids, most people couldn't tell. In between elementary and middle school, Haruko and his family moved out to Karakura town, getting Haruko and his father a train pass so that Miroku could get to work and Haruko could continue attending school in Tokyo. During his years in this middle school, he slowly became increasingly alienated from his classmates, preferring to read a book rather than play outside; his choice of reading material varying from Genji no Monogatari and Alice in Wonderland to high school and college textbooks. About the time he entered his final year of middle school, he truly encountered his first spiritual being.
That day, just after the school year's opening ceremony had finished, Haruko was up on the school's roof after everyone else had gone home. He had had no reason to hurry off, and so had lingered on the roof of the school's main building. That choice changed his life forever. After lying on the rooftop and staring at the sky for a while, he heard an unusual sound. Being of a curious nature, he stood up and walked over to the fence in the direction of the sound. When he looked down, he saw a man dressed in white dashing around seemingly at random. When he focused harder, trying to see what was there, he saw the man had a white ornate bow in his left hand an was shooting arrows of light at a monster wearing a bone white mask.
As he was watching the heated battle, he leaned too far forward and the aging fence buckled under his weight, sending the poor boy falling towards the ground, and the battle field. The white garbed man, noticing the boy, quickly fired an arrow at the beast, then jumped up impossibly high and saved the boy from falling to his doom. As they landed, Haruko warned the man about the monster's incoming attack, then was placed somewhere out of the way while the man proceeded to slaughter the white-masked monster. Afterwards, the man, knowing that the only way the boy could have been able to see the beast at all was that he had all the requisite abilities to be apprenticed into the man's order, asked if the boy knew what the monster was called. Haruko, not knowing, guessed 'An Oni?". The man answered that he was close, and asked if the boy wanted to learn to fight them. Haruko answered enthusiastically that he did, as it was the most interesting thing he had seen in a long time.
And so Haruko was brought into the Quincy order, and was taught over time how to utilize his spiritual talent to fight beasts like the 'Oni' that he had seen that day, which he learned was actually called a 'Hollow'. During his training, he asked his parents to let him go to the local highschool instead of one in Tokyol; he told his parents it was so that he could get to know the kids in his neighborhood better, when really it was so that he didn't have to spend so much time commuting between Tokyo and Karakura, giving him more time to work on his Quincy skills.

- Semi-automatic Higher powered handgun: "Jericho" 941-uses '.41 AE' rounds.
-taken from wikipedia-
The original Jericho 941 was based on the well-respected CZ-75 pistol designed and produced by Česká zbrojovka (CZ) of the Czech Republic and built using parts supplied by the Italian arms house Tanfoglio, which had been making their own CZ-75 clones. Using a well-tested design allowed IMI to avoid the teething problems most new pistol designs experience, and subcontracting much of the basic fabrication work to Tanfoglio allowed IMI to quickly and economically put into production a pistol that would have enough Israeli content to satisfy government contract requirements.
The single most significant innovation attempted by IMI was offering a new, much "hotter" cartridge, the .41 Action Express to go along with the Jericho 941. The ballistics difference between 9MM and .41 AE is generally considered similarto the difference between .38 Special and .357 Magnum in the USA - the .41 AE was perceived as a "magnum autoloader round".
Unfortunately the .41 AE was even less successful in gaining traction in the marketplace than the 10 mm, and was soon discontinued. Experience with heavily loaded rounds gave IMI a considerable lead, however, in chambering for the soon-to-be successful .40 S&W and also allowed the Jericho to "up-chamber" to the very popular .45 ACP. Firearm enthusiasts praise the accuracy of the Jericho/Baby Eagle, its reliability, and its pricing. It is generally considered to be a very slim design for a large caliber pistol with a double-stack magazine, with "natural" pointing due to grip angle. The Jericho 941 design has been modified to include accessory rails on the frame for mounting lasers or weapon lights, a popular feature on many current-generation semi-automatic handguns. - ---TBA

Neo Quincy Powers
- Name:Durchmesser Bis(Caliber Up)
Level:Very High
Description:A Quincy art developed by Chiba Haruko himself after studying the inner workings of a real Jericho 941, the basis for his first Reibuki Manipulation. By reworking the internal mechanics of the Manipulation and increasing the Density and volume of the Reishi in the weapon, one can create an ascetically and mechanically different Manipulation for a shot period with drastically superior power. The overall power is equal to about 10,000 normal Quincy Bullets; however this great power comes with an equally great drawback: The Durchmesser Bis gun can only be fired a maximum number of three times per thread, less if the gun is being held in a one handed pose.
With Handguns in a two handed pose, the first shot puts tremendous stress on the arm, causing minor damage that rarely extends beyond slightly torn muscles from countering the force of the shot, the second shot causes the bones to begin to fracture, and the third completely breaks every bone in the user's dominant arm.
If a Durchmesser Bis Handgun is fired from a one handed position, it can only be fired once, as it will cause heavy damage to the arm in question; shattering bones, dislocating joints tearing muscles and ligaments, etc. Because of the stock, when firing from a rifle-type Durchmesser Bis Reibuki, the damage is reduced slightly, "only" cracking and breaking the bones of the shoulder on the second and third shots respectively. Because of the pose required to properly fire a high-powered Rifle Reibuki one handed, it causes this damage to the ribs and internal organs instead, and so is ill advised.
Restrictions:Must be Neo-Quincy; must have Firearm Reibuki; Can only be safely fired once per day, and thrice per day in total; cannot be used in conjunction with other Neo-quincy powers
