Name: Takurami, Masato
Gender: Male
Age: 17
Height: 5’ 11”
Weight: 154 lbs.
Appearance: Black locks fall carelessly over silver frames and pale skin, unkempt and uncontrolled. Hazel optics peer past these, an aura of sobriety and intuition emanating from them. Black shirt and jeans can generally be seen over the slender frame of the boy, and little physical strength is visible. Although unseen, his arms are rather powerful due to his training with the bow. Tall and lean, he carries himself with pride and strength, almost in a way that assumes authority or control. As a Takurami, he is not generally well known, but he makes his way through life. A keen eye and strong arms lead for a good shot, and he doesn’t intend to miss.
History: No wealth, fame, or any other commodity has so gracefully entered the Takurami name. However, that has never brought down the aspirations of any of its members. Hard-working, dedicated people ran this family and through their work came the prosperous results of pride and accomplishment. Always have these been the values of the Takurami, and so they would be continued forth in their only heir, Masato.
Born on the twenty-second of April, Masato was raised as any other child in the family had been. He began work early, was sent to public school, and overall was taught moral values. Shy in his childhood, he would keep to himself, mostly watching the other children play or studying. His family lived in basic circumstances, after all. There was no time for play. Not quite in poverty but not quite within modern-life, he was determined to be the prosperous Takurami. The one with the fame, fortune, and ability to gain respect for his family.
It was only when he was eight that he would be informed of his Quincey powers, however. His hard-work and dedication in both school and family jobs had lead his parents to begin his training immediately. They saw the potential contained within their young son, and hoped to bring him to be a man of great power. Traditionally, he was taught in the ways of archery. Zen archery was his most common method of practice, and he was naturally good shot. As the years passed by, he would learn more of the Quincey powers and his own abilities.
Now at the young age of seventeen, young Masato continues to train hard and strive to reach his aspirations. His humble life with his family had only brought him so far, and it was about time h branched out. Although he still lives with his family as a Takurami, he often goes out for days or even weeks at a time. Where will his journeys bring him?

Neo Quincey Powers- Reiiro (Soul Forge)
Level: Moderate
Description: The most basic of all Quincey Abilities, it is still one that takes some getting used to. Available to all Quincey, this technique actually does three specific things. The first is a type of attunement towards a specific type of weapon. These can range from swords, whips, bows, axes, picks; basically, take your pick of one weapon. The second ability is the ability to absorb Reiryoku, or Spirit Power, from the atmosphere. This capability is greatly enhanced in places of highly condensed Reiryoku, such as Soul Society or Hueco Mundo. Finally, Reiiro grants the user the capability of rapidly condensing the Reiryoku into Reiatsu, which is then used as fuel to perform Reibuki, Neo Quincey Powers, or Gintô spells.
Restrictions: Must be a Neo Quincey. - Reibuki (Spirit Weapon)
Level: Moderate
Description: The penultimate technique of the Neo Quincey. Gone are the days when Quincey needed a weapon base and then simply manipulating their Reiatsu into those weapons. In these days, the art of the Quincey has progressed to a heightened stage, so that they can formulate a weapon based entirely out of their Reiatsu. When the ability is first obtained, they may formulate a singular weapon. As the user obtains more Reibuki Manipulations, the user is capable of creating differing forms of the weapon, although it must stick within the theme of the Reiiro (So, for example, if the user was using swords, the first manipulation could be a broad sword and the second one would be a two-handed sword, etc.)
Restrictions: Must be a Neo Quincey.
Gintō Spells- None.
