That was from before the rule where people have to exit a thread to use it for a rank up was implemented. We can allow him to keep the rank up once he exits the thread. |

If you're a Kido specialist, you get two spell points per rank as a base, not one.
Inversely, as a Hoho non-specialist, you get one Shunpo per rank, not two.
