These ravens will then dart quickly towards the opponent, attempting to strike them. Depending upon the number of ravens that have been drawn, the user can create a warning shot with no harm with a singular raven, to an incredibly damaging attack with a swarm of electrical ravens. The average drawn raven will be no larger than an inch in height or width, although larger ravens can be drawn to create a more powerful attack, at the expense of additional energy. The user then sweeps out their dominant hand before them, releasing a tightly condensed crescent shape of violet reiatsu that flies forward and disintegrates whatever it comes into contact with completely. The blast is far tighter than most kido, limited to a crescent no larger than about sixty centimeters wide. Due to this, it’s potency is strong enough to disintegrate even weaker spiritual creatures. It is capable of inflicting a heavy burn on creatures it cannot dissolve. Incantation: Ye lords of oblivion! Black and violet reiatsu will form the framework of a box around the target before filling in to form an unbroken box around them. A thousand spears of black reiatsu will stab into the box, completely lacerating anything trapped inside it. Incantation: Resurrect the bones of the trickster, bedded down with the gold of thieves, reveal the beauty of the thousand lies before the eyes of the Buddha! All three blood sacrifices are required even if the user casts this spell chantless. The user will then lift their bleeding hands above their head and rip downward through the air with great force. Three gigantic blades of reiatsu, comprised of an almost transparent black reiatsu and about forty meters in length, will crash down on the target, rending apart absolutely anything in the way with enough force to rip apart steel like wet paper. This is commonly considered to be the most powerful and horrific of Hado, inspiring fear in practitioners of Kido merely through name. A burst of invisible force, in the shape of an ‘x’, will explode outward from the user’s fingers, growing in size as it travels a greater distance. At close range, it is strong enough to shred almost any spiritual creature like a hot sword through butter. At longer ranges, it becomes large enough to crush an entire building, or city block even, underneath its distinctive ‘X’ pattern of destruction. The spell has no maximum range, but the longer, larger ranges require more reiatsu. The spell is absolutely awe-inspiring in its power and is without a doubt the most powerful known Hado in existence. Incantation: Spirits of darkness, the end is now! The battle cry sounds over the field of endless sorrows, black and white line, stabbing the heart of Man! The war begins a thousand times over, each arrow red, each spear blue, the universe tears itself apart! Become as nothing! Hado no Kyuujuukyuu: Jou! Bakudō- Bakudō No. 1: Sai (Way of Binding No. 1: Restrain)
Type: Binding Art. Description: The most basic of Binding Kidō, the user gathers energy while chanting the incantation. The energy swirls around the opponent, and then when the user calls out the name of the spell and extends their hand towards the target, the energy will descend and wrap around the opponent. The most common target for this spell is the opponent's arms, but the legs may also be targeted. Bound by an invisible energy, the opponent will find it difficult to move the afflicted areas, as if it were constrained by a rope. Sufficient physical force will cause the binding to shatter prematurely. Incantation: Secrets, hidden in darkness, reveal yourself and hinder your carrier. Bakudo no Ichi: Sai! Restrictions: ---
- Bakudō No. 4: Hainawa (Way of Binding No. 4: Crawling Rope)
Type: Binding Art. Description: An ability that is both simplistic and useful, and as such it can commonly be seen in practice. It is especially favored amongst members of the Fourth Division, who cannot get a patient to stop struggling against treatment. Gathering Reiatsu, the user will speak the incantation, and then condense the energy as a chain of light from the index and middle fingers of the user's dominant hand, which are held together. The chain will then quickly fly towards the opponent, attempting to act as a restraint to prohibit the opponent from moving. Once bound, the chain is capable of being tied to another object to hold the opponent; the user is not required to maintain the connection between the chain and their hand, allowing them to then perform other actions. Incantation: My will to succeed be the rope that sustains you; let my breath of light be the light to guide you. Bakudo no Yon: Hainawa! Restrictions: ---
- Bakudō No. 8: Seki (Way of Binding No. 8: Repulse)
Type: Binding Art. Description: Condensing the user's reiatsu in front of them, they create a small golden-colored shield of energy. The technique's defensive capability is, unfortunately, highly limited, and it can only block spells up to roughly No. 15. However, a secondary ability exists within the spell as well: opponents why physically strike the shield will be knocked backwards, sending them flying a few feet. It also paralyzes the limb that struck it for one turn. Incantation: The royal protector, true in heart and mind, know the owner of the crown and pledge loyalty unto him. Bakudō no Hachi: Seki! Restrictions: ---
- Bakudō No. 9: Geki (Way of Binding No. 9: Strike)
Type: Binding Art. Description: Extending the caster's dominant hand forward, they will then begin the incantation for the spell. A red light will begin to completely envelop them, similar to new casters of the Shakkaō. When the incantation is finished, the red light will form as a thin beam of energy, which then flies towards the opponent. The red light, upon striking the opponent, will completely envelop them, hindering any and all movements, greatly reducing their speed capabilities. A sufficient counterspell is required to break the technique, as brute physical force cannot release them from something that is not completely restraining them. Lasts for three turns. Incantation: Disintegrate, you black dog of Rondanini! Look upon yourself with horror and then claw out your own throat! Restrictions: Must know Bakudō no Hachi: Seki.
- Bakudō No. 13: Akaruishiro (Way of Binding No. 13: Bright White)
Type: Binding Art Description: The user thrusts their off-hand forward, gathering reiatsu into the palm. A glowing ball of blinding white light will burst into existence over the user’s palm, creating enough illumination to blind everyone in a five-meter radius for one round. This spell is often used in a modified form to create steady illumination in the darkness. Incantation: Thirteen glowing orbits of ravens, freeze the murky waters of blindness! Ye lord, mask of truth and temperance, shed the glow of your eyes on the empty night! Bakudo no Juusan: Akaruishiro! Restrictions: --
- Bakudō No. 19: Soutei (Way of Binding No. 19: Binding)
Type: Art of Binding Description: The user gathers reiatsu in their left hand’s fingertips, holding their hand out in front of them. The user’s fingers sprout out a rope, splitting up in five separate ropes, all strong and fifteen centimetres in diameter. The ropes then reach towards the target, and wrap themselves around it – usually with one rope around each arm and leg, and one around their neck. Once trapped, the ropes curl further along the limbs until they are either severed or covering the entire body. The ropes around a joint prevent the joint from functioning. Incantation: Grow! Seed your fruits, grow your roots, sprout your stem, bare your blossom, drop your fruit! Bakudō no Juukyuu: Soutei! Restrictions: Must know the "Bakudō No. 4: Hainawa"
- Bakudō No. 19: Kujiku (Way of Binding No. 19: Crush)
Type: Art of Binding Description: Using the ropes from “Bakudō No. 19: Soutei”, one places their right hand with it’s palm on the left hand’s wrist, and causes the ropes to become hard as steel. The ropes then tighten their grip, crushing the target slowly. This takes two posts to complete. Incantation: Rot! Lose your leafs, lose your bark! Be eaten, be spat out! Hadō no Juukyuu: Kujiku! Restrictions: Can only be used after “Bakudō No. 19: Soutei” is used on the target.
- Bakudō No. 21: Sekienton (Way of Binding No. 21: Red Smoke Escape)
Type: Binding Art. Description: The user gathers reiatsu into the palms of their hands, extending their arms away from one another horizontally. The user will then hold their arms parallel and push both hands down towards the ground, releasing the reiatsu. A large cloud of red smoke will explode from the ground, allowing the user to escape invisibly. The radius of this cloud is five meters for a Non-Specialist, ten meters for a Specialist, and twenty meters for a Master. Incantation: Shadows of flame, dance in the werelight, enchant the soulless angel without pause! Free the constraints of Man and let howl the hounds of blindness! Bakudo No. Nijuuichi: Sekienton! Restrictions: --
- Bakudō No. 23: Juujika Awaikusari (Way of Binding No. 23: Cross Light Chain)
Type: Binding Art Description: The user thrusts both of their palms to the sides, and then sweeps them inward, forming a picture square with their fingers. Four crosses made of blue-white light will rise around the target in all four directions, forming a square about four meters in length. Chains of blue-white light will burst from the center of these crosses, one binding to each of the four limbs of the target. These chains can hold a target for two rounds. - Bakudō No. 26: Kyakku (Way of Binding No. 26: Curving Light)
Type: Binding Art. Description: A technique that is only truly useful if the individual has already learned how to mask their reiatsu. The user will speak the incantation for the spell, gathering their reiatsu about them in a shape similar to a small dome. When the incantation is complete, the energy will pull at light, and then quickly repel it from them, creating the illusion that nobody is there. While not visible, they may still be heard, and they interact with the environment in a normal way. Their reiatsu is still capable of being sensed unless they've learned how to mask it. Incantation: Cloak of truth, crown of temperance, spirit of angels and love of knowledge, in heart and mind only may revelations occur. Shadowed in Light, the angry spirit comes. Bakudō no Nijuuroku: Kyakku! Restrictions: Must have at least five Bakudō spells known.
- Bakudō No. 30: Shitotsu Sansen (Way of Binding No. 3: Beak-Stab Triple Beam)
Type: Binding Art. Description: A technique often utilized by higher-level Shinigami due to its' average simplicity, this technique is also known as one of the most useful Bakudō when fighting an opponent. Gathering reiatsu upon his or her index finger, the caster then quickly draws a triangle in front of them, while beginning the incantation for the spell. After the incantation is complete, large spikes, resembling 'bird beaks', will appear at each corner of the triangle. Upon the calling out of the spell's name, the beaks will launch towards the opponent, attempting to strike them in three places. If a strike is successful, the spell's beaks will envelop the opponent at the area of impact, binding them to whatever is behind them. Incantation: Sign of three warriors, approach and declare war on the forbidden followers. Bakduō no Sanju: Shitotsu Sansen! Restrictions: Must know Bakudō no Yon: Hainawa.
- Bakudō No. 31: Kochou (Way of Binding No. 31: Butterfly)
Type: Art of Binding Description: Smashing one’s hands together, air around the user flows into the shape of massive wings made out of air attached to the users back. The wings then start moving back and forth, with such massive strength that they create a gust that will blow anyone in it’s path many dozens of meters away, often scattering any equipment even further. The gusts last for three posts before the wings disappear. Incantation: Descending from the skies above! Rumors, whispers, gasps of awe! Bless us lands, defeat the ocean! Remove sin from our paths! Fluttering Butterfly, Bakudō no Sanjuichi: Kochou! Restrictions: ---
- Bakudō No. 37: Tsuriboshi (Way of Binding No. 37: Suspending Star)
Type: Binding Art. Description: Gathering reiatsu and beginning the incantation for the spell, the caster will then extend their dominant hand outwards, releasing a star-shaped net of golden light. A versatile spell that can be used for a great many things, such as holding a large weight or, if used correctly, catching yourself or an ally from a fall. The technique has zero defensive value and can be ripped through with proper intent: however, it has enough strength to hold many thousand pounds worth of weight, and can be as large as the user needs it to be. A weak-point to the spell would be its' need for something to anchor its' five points to; however, a variation of the spell is also taught that allows the user to create the anchors out of reiatsu, which allows the net to be created and sustained even in mid-air. Incantation: Called forth from heaven, even the stars now answer to the plea of the dead. Bakduō no Sanjushichi: Tsuriboshi! Restrictions: ---
- Bakudō No. 39: Enkosan (Way of Binding No. 39: Arc Shield)

This spell has the capability to blows and destructive spells up to No. 44. Type: Binding Art Description: The user thrusts his hand aloft, crooking his fingers into a claw. He then slowly sweeps it downward to rest him elbow on his off-hand, which waits with the palm facing upward below. A five-pointed burst of violent light will fly forward from the user’s palm, elongating into a star of violet light that seeks to wrap around the target, binding them for four rounds. This spell, however, starts strong but weakens with each round, and is such much better used on a weakened target or for only a brief capture, than on a target who will be able to break it quickly. Incantation: In my first finger I bear the guilt of the sinner. In my second finger I bear the weight of the guillotine. In my third finger I bear the doubt of the executioner. In my fourth finger I bear the grief of the lover. In my fifth finger I bear the eyes of the priest. Bakudo no Gojuu: Dahoshi. Restrictions: Must know No. 30 Shitotsu Sansen.

A golden shield will flare up in the doorway, anchored to a triangle with a glowing golden swan at each of the points. A similar field will also cover the entire building or room, defending it from other routes of invasion. These features then fade into invisibility until they are attacked or pushed against. The barrier can be disabled by the creator, and can defend against physical strikes and destruction spells numbered up to No. 73. They then slide their off-hand up the inside of the dominant arm, bringing it to a rest near the inner shoulder. They then point with their main finger. A beam of yellow-white light will flash from the finger, capturing the opponent at extremely high speeds and creating a prison of three intersecting rectangles of light that meet at the foe’s center of gravity. The holding ability is dependent on the speed of the original beam. A full-speed beam can hold the foe for only one round, while a half-speed beam can hold them for three, whilst a slower beam can hold them for five. Incantation: Carriage of Thunder. Bridge of a spinning wheel. With light, divide this into six! Restrictions: Must have knowledge of at least five other Bakudo, two of which must be at least Category Two.
- Bakudō No. 62: Hyapporankan (Way Of Binding No. 62: Hundred Steps Rail)

The weight of these chains usually holds them down a bit as well. This binding lasts four rounds. Incantation: Mists, advancing against the fog, make war in the blinding hours of midnight. Red droplet, blue shield, golden arrow, together, holding fast the castle against the lies of the empty souls. Prepare the portal for the inevitable end! Bakudo no Rokujuusan: Sajo Sabaku! - Bakudō No. 64: Gokansei Fukumen (Way of Binding No. 64: Five Sense Veil)
Type: Binding Art Description: The user simply closes their eyes, gathering reiatsu all around them and symbolically cutting of the five senses by shutting their eyes. The user may then reopen their eyes. Reiatsu will wrap all around the user, veiling them in a sort of gel of reiatsu that prevents all five senses from detecting the user and weakening the output of their reiatsu. The user may not move more than a meter from the epicenter of this, nor can they use other kido or abilities while within the veil. Any attacks from within will break the veil. High rank characters may be able to foil this by sensing the masked reiatsu, after which it is easy to ‘tear away’ the illusion, which creates the well-known effect, similar to a Garganta, of the air appearing to be ‘torn’. Incantation: Eyes of mist, lord of temperance, blinded along the rail of a thousand steps, twist blue and orange! The rainbow dances on in the empty castle, alone save for the world! Lines of translucent violent will connect all five of the points in a pyramid, and semi-transparent violet reiatsu will fill in the created planes to create an unbroken pyramid-shaped barrier all around the user. This shape generally has a base of about five meters by five meters. The barrier is capable of defending against all spells up to No. 75, unless there's a great skill division between the two casters. Incantation: Glittering lilac, fall like rain on the shadows, dispersing the mist of the morning sun.
